The document reveals an agreement between Dave Kleiman to transfer bitcoins into a trust:

“I, Dave Kleiman have received 1,100,111 Bitcoin from Craig Wright (of [redacted], NSW, Australia). At the time of transfer this is valued at around $100,000 USD.

I will form a trust to be managed by at least three people but not more than seven at any time.

All bitcoin will be returned to Dr Wright on Jan 01st 2020.
