امروز با هیاتی از پارلمان اروپا ملاقات کردم تا درباره اعتراضات جاری ایران و اینکه چگونه غرب می‌تواند و باید به ملت ایران که شجاعانه برای آزادی مبارزه می‌کنند، کمک کند. انقلاب ایران نیازمند حمایت بین‌المللی است.
خواسته‌هایم از هیات اروپایی:
۱. حمایت مستقیم و فوری از اعتراضات ایران
۲. پشتیبانی شرکت‌های فناوری اروپا برای ارائه اینترنت و VPN
۳. اعمال تحریم‌های ماگنیتسکی اروپا علیه مقامات رژیم
۴. فرا خواندن سفيران اروپا از ايران در اعتراض به سركوب فزاينده و در همبستگی با مردم
Today I met with a delegation from the European Parliament to discuss the ongoing #IranProtests and how the West can and must help the people of Iran who are fighting valiantly for their freedom. This #IranRevolution demands international support.
I called for:
1. Direct & unequivocal support for #IranProtests
2. European tech companies to offer Internet & VPN support
3. European Magnitsky sanctions on regime officials
4. Recall EU Ambassadors from Iran, protesting the regime’s increasing crackdown & in solidarity with the people

ایرانیانِ خارجِ کشور با شرکت در «راهپیمایی‌های آزادی برای ایران» که قرار است روز اول اکتبر در سراسر جهان برگزار شود، و نیز از طریق تماس با نمایندگان منتخب‌شان، می‌توانند به هم‌میهنان‌مان در ایران یاری برسانند. ما متحد با هم می‌توانیم به جهان یادآوری کنیم که قلب انقلاب ایران می‌تپد و ایرانیان آرام نخواهند گرفت تا زمانی که این رژیم برود.
