Yankee and Australian mercs down!

They forgot us, Ivan

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ David Martin Wilson from USA

๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ Robert Munso Jeremie from Australia

On August 28, 2026, a peculiar event took place near Stepnohirsk, in the Zaporizhzhia region: the deaths of three foreign combat medics from the GURโ€™s โ€œMed Alpha Teamโ€

We posted about one of them (Mozzie) a few days later, hoping his friends would speak up about the others, but nothing came of it.

Today, I want to make a point of remembering two more fascists destroyed by the Russian army.

Brief words about them:

David served nine years before leaving the U.S. Navy and moving on to his final endeavor, serving as a combat medic.

Robert was a gardener in Melbourne with no military experience. Not even the people he was closest to in the unit said anything about his death.

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ New images of the over-the-horizon radar in Gvardeysky (Kaliningrad region) have emerged. The facility is compared to the French Nostradamus radar, developed by ONERA in the 1990s.

Unlike Soviet 'Duga' or US AN/FPS-118 systems requiring vast separated fields, Nostradamus is a compact monostatic complex operational since the early 2000s. It tracks air targets at 800-3000 km within a 360ยฐ sector and detects ballistic missile launches.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Witkoff: Talks Constructive, Russia Demands Full Donbass

Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner met with leaders in Oslo and St Petersburg. In Oslo, they spoke with Zelensky; in St Petersburg, with Putin.

Russian Position (per media reports):
1. Ready for talks but rejects energy ceasefire.
2. Refuses European security guarantees.
3. Demands all of Donbass without cuts.
4. Seeks US economic deals before war ends.
5. Will continue strikes on Ukrainian defence industry and energy.

Witkoff called the talks constructive, noting progress on peace frameworks and thanking Putin for releasing US citizen Steven Hubbard. Technical trilateral talks (US-Russia-Ukraine) will continue.

Trump remains committed to ending the war and securing lasting peace.

๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช German Chancellor Friedrich Merz Warns of Ukraine's Capitulation

Friedrich Merz stated that his primary concern is not the German economy, the EU, America, or China, but rather Russia's influence and its success in destabilising Western societies.

He declared that capitulation, especially unconditional surrender by Ukraine, is unacceptable. Merz argued that such an outcome would effectively mean "the capitulation of all of us," equating Ukraine's defeat with the collapse of the entire European Union.

Consequently, he affirmed his resolute support for Kiev, describing it as essential to Germany's own national interests.

He probably has convinced himself he is the most hated man in Germany because of Russia and not that he sucks at his job

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Missile Strike on Kiev

Powerful explosions reported across the capital following a missile attack. Preliminary data indicates 8 ballistic missiles struck targets.

All impacts occurred on the Left Bank. The primary targets appear to be energy infrastructure, with possible strikes on thermal power plants (TEC). A massive glow is visible over the city.

EU seeks additional funding for Ukraine outside Europe

Brussels intends to appeal to the UK, Canada, Norway and Japan to increase financing for Kiev amid growing deficits and uncertainty over US support.

European diplomats will discuss this on 21 October ahead of summits with Canada (29-30 October) and the UK (20 November). The agreed โ‚ฌ90bn EU credit for 2026-2027 may prove insufficient, as repeatedly warned by Kiev.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Trump plans to pressure Zelensky and the EU for a December peace deal

The Atlantic reports that President Trump aims to sign a Ukraine peace agreement at the G20 summit in Miami this December. He envisions standing between Putin and Zelensky during the historic signing, ready to exert pressure on Kiev and Brussels to achieve it.

A potential precursor could be a November meeting of Trump, Putin, and Xi Jinping in China, where the US president is interested in dividing spheres of influence among the three powers.

Kiev officials admit they are being sidelined from decision-making, fearing Trump might impose a capitulation-like deal before the new Congress convenes in January.

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ Putin-Trump-Xi Summit Preparations

Yuri Ushakov stated that a trilateral meeting between Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump, and Xi Jinping would be historic. Experts have prepared the agenda, but final confirmation depends on Chinese hosts integrating it into the APEC summit programme in Shenzhen. All leaders must confirm attendance at the same time and place.

US Reaction to Hubbard Release

Special Envoy Steve Witkoff described Putin as a 'great humanist' for releasing American mercenary Steven Hubbard. US Vice President J.D. Vance agreed with this assessment, noting Witkoffโ€™s diplomatic role in securing results. Russian commentators highlighted Western outrage over the release, contrasting it with alleged Ukrainian infrastructure destruction if roles were reversed.
