Question:
So my question would be do you think RF has any contingency in case a real nuke war happens and a preemptive strike is needed as what's the point in waiting to get hit with nukes anyway??? I'm thinking subway system could save millions of citizens in major cities and those in villages who are spread throughout RF have high probability of survival anyway..
Answer :
Answering this can be only hypothetical. If nuclear missiles start to fly, it won't be 1, 2, or 10 missiles. Hundreds and thousands of them would fly, and I will blatantly say, we will all be dead, or at least a big majority. Those that don't die during this will have an opportunity to enjoy unlivable lands, scorched/polluted water/soil/air, and die from hunger unless radiation poisoning gets them first. Regarding subway systems and scarcity of population, survival is possible (depending on where/what missile fall. But huge areas will be affected and the same story is as above. Remember, the use of tactical nuclear weapons is a possibility in this conflict, but a strategic nuclear weapon will spell "the end" for huge number of people.

Question from Cornubian
โ
Why are all the rail bridges used to bring western equipment to the front still standing?
Russia does not have full control of the Ukrainian skies. Ukraine still has some air defence. You probably saw from previous events that it takes 5, 6 missiles to completely knock out a bridge. Railways are relatively cheap to repair, and Ukraine inherited from the USSR a dense network, full of alternative paths in case one is blocked.
When the bombings of electric substations happen, the passenger trains merely have delays of 1-4 hours instead of being cancelled. There are key points that could choke their logistics such as the tunnel in the border with Poland. Probably, those points are very well guarded by air defence and Russia can't reach it.
There was a conspiracy theory that Russian oligarchs didn't want the ukrainian logistics destroyed because of economic interests, but I don't believe in it.

Question :
When is Poland going to enter ukraine to regain it's lost lands?
Answer : I answered part of this question above, to another reader. Poland can get back its land if NATO troops enter Ukraine or by some political arrangement, either between Ukraine and Poland or Russia and Poland. In short, everyone wants their piece of cake. But those are 2 - 3 of the most plausible scenarios.

Question :
Hi, I would like to know what is happening in Ukraine's top-level administration. Many journalists speculate about a new "Walkรผr Operation", is it possible?
Answer: To be honest, that was our first thought when "head started to roll." But as time goes by, now, it seems more than Zelensky is cleaning potential opponents or dissidents in his government. Arestovich's statement "now I can openly say what I want" and the story about losses and other things imply that indeed some kind of disagreement existed in Kiev's ruling echelon. Some are probably replaced because of their ineffectiveness, some because they stole too much but some because of open conflict with Zelensky. I won't call it rebellion.

Question
What are the chances that Slavyangrad admins will take that massive communist dildo out of their sphincters and stop banning everyone who sees communism/leftism for what it is?
Answer :
SLG admins are not communists or leftists, at least the majority aren't. But SLG admins won't allow that concealed nazis, bigots, and mentally impaired people to tell them what to do in their own house. You can always find a channel that suits your own affinity toward sphincters and inserting stuff in them.

Question
How do you guys think future Russo-European relations will look like? Not just from an EU perspective but on a country level. As in, which European nations will have the best relations with Russia, and which will have the worst
Answers :
Currently, EU - Russian relations are officially at level zero. However, diplomacy behind closed doors still exists. Future relations will depend on several factors, the main ones being: the level of hostility shown towards Russia, the mutual interest of sides of having relations restored, and last but not least, possible change of global policy. You see, politics is all about interest. If interest exists, former differences can easily be forgotten. Everything is possible. People don't say for nothing " politics is whore." It allows much to be done. But answer to your question depends on how SMO will end and what the consequences will be for Russia and EU countries. I can't answer for every country, but I'm certain for one. Russia and Great Britain won't be friends for a long, long time.

About the previous question, it is simple: we have a new cold war. I believe it was, frankly, easier to travel and listen to media from the other side during the cold war than now. Never, at any point, the collective west united to boycott a country in this way. Not even against Nazi Germany.
This war is exactly about where the new Iron Curtain will be. As for now, it seems it will be the Dnieper.

Question :
How many tanks has Russia lost since the beginning of the Smo
Answer: Russia lost all tanks in SMO and doesn't have anything left. Those that you see in pictures and videos are of plywood with a stove in it to imitate gun firing. Occasional burn happens when a clumsy crew accidentally set a bigger fire inside than planned. The same goes for missiles.

Question
Hallo Colonel. Do you think that Russians are going to hit directly ships, trains, aircrafts or whatever carries offensive heavy weapons to Ukraine even though they will be moving in territories of NATO countries? Since the west provides Ujraine with offensive weapons that can actually threaten Crimea and cities such as Moscow, St. Petersburg as well, I think that Russians are fully justified and therefore legalized ad well, hitting such weapon supplies since these supplies are meant to hit Russia directly. So, which do you think Russian reaction is going to be?
Answer: This is actually a very serious and good question. Everyone is raising the stakes in this game. Attacking convoys on the territory of NATO countries will put in motion Article 5 of the NATO charter. One consequence could be the one I answered in a question about nuclear weapons. Other can be the actual collapse of NATO. This is a moment when it counts who will blink first. So far, weapons shipment from the west can't seriously jeopardize Russia. Even those boring tanks we listen to all these days. They will come, they will not come, they will come late...SMO is having its own tempo. Would we like to go faster? Certainly. But it does what is created for. Demilitarization and denazification. So, are we going to hit them in their bases? For now, no. If they escalate more...well, the stick has two ends. The red line for Russia is actually Moscow or some NPP. If that happens, simply put, God helps us all.

Question ;
Hi, my question: western sources explain that Ukraine will buid 2 new army corps, 75โ000 elite volonteers, trained abroad, equipped with all the new western equipment (see Colonel Markus Reisner): is that not suicidal for Russia not to mobilise immediately 300โ000 supplementary troops, to give them 3 months time of training before the Ukrainian (last?) huge assault?
Answer: There is a big difference between what the West said and what it really does. That amount of troops is not in training. All weapon combined that is promised can equip two armored divisions. But they will not come at the same time or they won't come at all. Ukraine can't afford to send 75000 men out for training now because it's struggling to plug the gaps we created in their defense. It sounds ugly, but our " butcher tally" in the last few months is huge. To say it simply, we killed them all. But let's imagine that it's actually true. Their losses are so big and our main offensive didn't even begin, that those "75000 elite trained troops " will be the last line of defense, rather than offensive force. But, believe me when I say it that they will not be trained in some special way. Same as those before them, which are now mostly dead or maimed .

Some Western diplomats believe that Ukraine had better remove the condition on the impossibility of negotiations with Putin, because then its position may weaken.
This was reported by Sky News.
According to the newspaper , diplomats say it might instead be helpful if the Ukrainians were to lift this condition to make dialogue more likely at a point when Kyiv is in a relative position of strength, having launched successful counter-offensives to recapture territory in the northeast and south of the country, and with Western allies still strongly backing the war with heavy weapons, including tanks.
The worry among these diplomats is that the longer the war drags on, the greater the risk that the balance of power might shift more towards the Russian side, potentially weakening Ukraine's hand further.

Hungarian PM Viktor Orban called Ukraine "no man's land" and compared it with Afghanistan.
The Ukrainian foreign ministry will summon Hungary's ambassador to complain about "completely unacceptable" remarks Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban made about Ukraine, Kyiv said on Friday.
The announcement marks a new low in ties between the two neighbours.
Ukrainian foreign ministry spokesman Oleg Nikolenko, writing on Facebook, said Orban had told reporters that Ukraine was a no man's land and compared it to Afghanistan.
"Such statements are completely unacceptable. Budapest is continuing a deliberate course aimed at destroying Hungarian-Ukrainian relations," he said.

The Russian Federation may launch a new large-scale offensive in Donetsk and Luhansk regions by February 24.
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov said this in an interview with Radio Svoboda.
"Now they are preparing for maximum activation given that they are people from the Soviet " Sovok"(trash) ."And they believe that if there is any anniversary, they must have some achievements."
"There is no secret here that they are preparing for a new wave before February 24," he said.
Danilov stressed that the Ukrainian side has an understanding of the areas where the Russian military is planning its offensive - first of all, we are talking about the Donbass.
"First of all, they have tasks concerning the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, so that they fully come to the borders," the official said.
According to him, the Russians are also testing the defense capacity of Ukrainian troops in Zaporozhye.
"They have now been trying for a week to understand the defense situation in Zaporozhye." "Now there is a certain accumulation of troops," explained the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
