#SITREP—The situation in the #Nikolayev region as of the end of March 10, 2022
1—#Russia|n forces are moving along the rocade (mil.) roads, primarily through small settlements, bypassing the strongholds of the #Ukraine|ian forces and territorial defence. Neither side has any real control over the roadways to the west of #Snigirevka.
2—Missile units and artillery of the #Russia|n forces conducted strike on military targets in the #Korabelny district of #Nikolayev, the #Kulbakino aerodrome, and in #Voskresensk. Clashes and active strikes on targets in the north—in the area of #Vosnesenks—have also resumed.
3—The #Russia|n forces’ zone of control to the east of the #Nikolayev region has been significantly expanded. #RF forces are taking control of settlements along the #Novovorontskovka-#Nikopol axis.

2—#ZAPOROZHYE—#RF forces have two options here: Either keep turning to Ugledar or to push through #VelikayaNovoselovka to the #Donetsk-#Kurakhovo-#Zaporozhye highway, with a subsequent offensive on #Krasnoarmeysk. 4/15

3—#IZYM/#BALAKLEYA—Strikes near #Liubotino to west of Kharkov are also noteworthy. Still not obvious where #RF military grouping in #Izyum will go in the context of the offensive against communications and logistics lines of #Donbass military grouping of #Ukraine|ian forces. 6/15

4—#KIEV—Clashes continued west & east of Kiev. #Brovary remains controlled by #Ukraine|ian forces for now, but #Russia|n mechanized convoys are advancing south and southeast—#RF troops flowing around #UA stronghold on outskirts of Kiev, intending to fully blockade the city. 7/15

11—#TURKEY—Negotiations between #Lavrov & #Kuleba yielded no results. #Russia|n operation continues. #Zelensky regime remains unprepared to accept conditions demanded by #RF. This refusal underlies continuation of the operation & #Syria-zation or #Idlib-ization of #Ukraine. 15/15
