So, This happened last night on Hollywood  Blvd & Argyle Av around 8 o'clock. This Black BMW with caution tape on the vehicle was chasing a man on an electric scooter down Hollywood Blvd. They all got to the intersection of Hollywood Blvd & Argyle Ave. So, The man on the electric scooter dropped his electric scooter & was running down Argyle Av. There was a passenger that got out of the Black BMW & was chasing him. So, The passenger decided to go get the electric scooter & ride it down Hollywood Blvd towards Vine St. So, The Black BMW took off & the man that dropped his electric scooter was walking also down Hollywood Blvd towards Vine St saying stuff to the man that had stolen his electric scooter. So, There were about 5 police vehicles that showed up & was looking for the suspect that had stolen the electric scooter & the victim on Hollywood Blvd & Vine St.📷pix.0f.lyfe
