بناء على طلب محطة #RaiNews24 الإيطالية إجراء #لقاء مع الرئيس #الأسد، عبر المدير التنفيذي للـ Rai والمذيعة لديهم Monica Maggioni .. تم إجراء اللقاء بتاريخ 26/11/2019، كما تم الاتفاق على أن يكون البث ليل يوم الاثنين 2/12/2019..
صباح يوم الاثنين أبلغتنا Monica Maggioni أنها تريد الاستئذان بتأخير البث، وذلك لأسباب غير مفهومة، وتكرر طلب تأخير البث أكثر من مرة.. ولم يتم تحديد موعد للبث من قبل المحطة المذكورة حتى الآن.. ما يوحي بأن اللقاء لن يبث..

لقد كان حريا بوسيلة إعلامية أوروبية أن تتقيد بالمبادئ التي يدعيها الغرب، وخصوصا أنها تعمل في بلد هو جزء من الاتحاد الأوروبي الذي يفترض أن تكون الحريات الإعلامية والرأي والرأي الآخر جزءا أساسيا من قيمه..!!- وبالتالي فان المكتب السياسي والإعلامي في رئاسة الجمهورية العربية السورية يؤكد أنه إن لم يتم بث اللقاء كاملا عبر محطة Rai News 24 الإيطالية خلال اليومين القادمين، فإننا سنقوم ببثه على حسابات الرئاسة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وعلى الإعلام الوطني بعد غد الاثنين 09/12/2019 الساعة التاسعة مساء بتوقيت #دمشق.

Statement from Political and Media Office, Syrian Presidency:

On 26 November 2019, President #alAssad granted an #interview to #Rai CEO, Monica Maggioni. It was agreed that the interview would air on 2 December on both Italian #RaiNews24 and Syrian national media outlets.
Early on the morning of 2 December, we received a request, on behalf of Rai News 24, to delay the broadcast with no clear explanation. This was later followed by two further requests to delay, with no date set for when the interview will air and no further explanation.
This is another example of Western attempts to hide the truth on the situation in #Syria, and its ramifications on Europe and the international arena. If Rai News 24 continue to refuse to air the interview, the Political and Media Office of the Syrian Presidency will broadcast the interview in full, on Monday 9 December 2019 at 9pm Damascus time.
