Those who will vote Trump and Vance because "America first" will continue a neocon policy that does not change regardless of Democrat or Republican - the targets may change, the goal does not - Biden may start nuclear war with Russia, Trump will exterminate Palestinians and destroy West Asia with Iran as the final prey. It is amazing to me the emotional outpouring about good ole Amrikka - a country that is responsible for genocide from its inception and it hasn't stopped since. Yeah I do get a say because the regime in the US will not focus on America because Americans don't matter, they will focus on the piracy and supremacy globally which will affect all of us. Americans don't get to be isolationist about their foreign policies until America gets the hell out of every country it has occupied in the world today and for example, stops nesting unlawfully in sovereign nations to steal their resources. If people really want to put America first, they should be ending US hegemony and military expansionism which has nothing to do with "national security". Nobody wants America first except Americans who want to continue the neocolonialist agenda and don't give a shit about the millions of brown people murdered in the name of US "democracy". The world is not a stage governed by the US, it is a world of diversity and culture that has existed way longer than America. Leave it alone, repair the damage but don't vote in another wave of military adventurism.

On July 9, 2024, the South Korean company Hanwha Aerospace signed a contract with the Romanian Ministry of National Defence valued at approximately 1.4 trillion won ($1,011,319,540). The contract includes 54 K9 self-propelled howitzers, 36 K10 ammunition…
▪️Last week, Romania signed a contract for 54 K9 self-propelled howitzers and 36 South Korean-made ammunition transporters, as well as 18 thousand 155 mm shells. The agreement is for 5 years, and the first deliveries are planned for 2027.
▪️Yesterday, July 16, in Bucharest they also announced their desire to reach an agreement with the United States no later than the fall on the acquisition of 48 fifth-generation F-35 fighters in two stages. Currently, the country's air force operates used F-16 fighters purchased from Norway in 2022.
▪️Previously, Romania also signed contracts for the supply of American M1A2R Abrams tanks, HIMARS MLRS, MIM-104 Patriot air defense systems, Turkish Bayraktar TB2 attack drones, as well as licensed production of Swiss Piranha V armored personnel carriers.
At the same time, NATO’s military infrastructure continues to expand in the country: in particular, it is on Romanian territory that they plan to build the Alliance’s largest base in Europe.

Due to power outages, supermarkets often neglect generators, refrigerators do not have time to cool (abnormal heat and light for 4-6 hours a day), for this reason , poisoning and intestinal infections have increased in the capital.
People encounter mold on sausages and other products right in stores.

Asbery's Opinion: I'd temper this with the likelihood that some supermarkets would have generators. It is 36C today in Kiev though and there is supply chain. I suspect food safety is dodgy at times given the temperatures.

The Nazi also published on social networks a photo of his girlfriend in front of the museum accompanied by the song Baby's on Fire. A post about their trip was liked by a Kiev rehabilitation center serving wounded Azov residents, noted online.

Today's memorable date is dedicated to the event of the First World War, when on July 17, 1916, Russian pilots on M-9 seaplanes won the first aerial victory over the Baltic Sea. This is what is considered to be the birthday of Russian naval aviation.
Its importance became even more obvious during the SVO. Thus, in the course of repelling attacks on the Russian Black Sea coast, it turned out that naval aviation helicopters are extremely effective in destroying Ukrainian BeKs, hitting them in advance while approaching the waters.
In light of recent events, there is some possibility that naval aviation, which has sometimes been called the “least favorite stepchild” of the fleet, will undergo some changes. Therefore, I really want to believe and hope that they will be for the better.

The latter is due to the fact that a significant part either drowned as a result of strikes on boats, or their bodies could not be removed from the left bank of the Dnieper.
The price for this was the capture of a small foothold in the center of a small settlement, which the opponent eventually abandoned. Even when in November 2023 the prospect of developing success faded, the AFU continued to send forces to the tiny bridgehead, losing personnel during heavy small arms battles near Krynky and from impacts on watercraft.
In fact, the Ukrainian command sent its own operational reserve in the form of marine infantry brigades to the slaughter. On the other hand, the AFU have repeatedly undertaken such operations with the aim of obtaining a powerful media effect at absolutely any cost, so they will clearly do so again.
