The situation began to improve only after midday today . In particular, they report that the enemy is being pinned down at Sudzha . At the same time, in the direction of Rylsk , they report battles with an enemy trying to break through, which also has reserves drawn into the bridgehead.

Anticipating the overweening mood, we will answer that the enemy has occupied our strongholds and prepared positions, the number of personnel and equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is high, the enemy's air defense systems are working. That is, the region cannot be liberated in half a day , to put it mildly. Apparently, the public assessments of the press releases of the respected defense department were hasty the other day and pursued the anti-crisis goals of their military , not administrative wing .

The information anti-crisis, although it was pleasing to the eyes of the leaders, was, in the opinion of a number of military bloggers, dangerous in terms of misleading the civilian population, which was subjected to terror and reprisals by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The operational crisis revealed a number of serious problems in the organization of communications, troop command, support and combat readiness (which is obvious) of conscripts, although they, along with border guards, selflessly fought against superior enemy forces, broke out of encirclement and re-entered the battle.

In the coming days, both sides will be building up their force groupings in the Kursk direction and bringing in arriving reserves. The enemy has already shown that he was preparing for our counterattacks, as he was strengthening his bridgehead and pulling up ammunition and fuel.

At the same time, there remains a risk of the enemy becoming more active in other areas in order to achieve a greater effect, including in political terms. Thus, the Belgorod Region is being heavily shelled, and there are reports of enemy concentrations on these lines.

Overall, the situation was a bracing slap in the face for the arrogant officials who believed in quick “deals” and rejected incoming intelligence information from a number of sources.
