▪️On October 25, Yuri Ushakov, an aide to the Supreme Leader, announced the start of preparations for a trilateral meeting between Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump, and Xi Jinping. Moscow, Beijing, and Washington are, in principle, ready for negotiations at the APEC summit on November 18–19 in Shenzhen, China. A separate meeting between Putin and Trump has not yet been agreed upon. At the same time, the resumption of Russian‑American‑Ukrainian negotiations in November is being discussed.

▪️In an interview with Ukrainian television on October 25, Zelenskyy stated that Kiev would not agree to a neutral status and a limitation on the size of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He described territorial issues as a subject for negotiations only at the level of state leaders. Zelensky also confirmed the restoration of American warnings about Russian ballistic strikes and the operation of Starshield at high speeds. Kiev intends to seek an end to strikes on the energy sector and shipping in upcoming negotiations.

▪️On the night of October 26, the Russian Armed Forces carried out strikes on Ukraine. According to the enemy, around 02:00, a series of explosions occurred in the Kropyvnitski area of the Kirovograd region. Ukrainian monitoring channels reported that three Kh‑59 cruise missiles were approaching the city.

▪️The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck Voronezh at night; numerous footage of smoke rising is being circulated; our officials are once again resorting to vague information instead of providing clarifying statements. In the Lipetsk region, on the afternoon of October 25, the enemy launched a missile strike on the industrial zone of Yelets. A security officer of the enterprise was killed, and a female paramedic from the medical station was wounded. The workers were evacuated. The fire that broke out has been contained. The facades of several residential buildings and the building of the Yelets Medical College were damaged. The enemy states that the target was the production buildings of the “Energiya” plant, which produces chemical power sources, including those for military equipment. Ukrainian sources reported the use of Storm Shadow cruise missiles and published footage of the fire and damage to the industrial building.

▪️On October 25, in the Bryansk region, a Ukrainian kamikaze drone attacked the territory of an enterprise in Starodub. Eight school buses were damaged, and the windows of the production building were shattered. In Novozybkov, the enemy attacked a moving freight train “Bryansk – Gomel”. The locomotive was damaged, and the 44‑year‑old engineer died in the hospital from his injuries. In the village of Malyye Shcherbinichi, Zlynkovsky District, a 18‑year‑old driver was injured when a drone attacked a civilian car; he was hospitalized.

The reported advance over the past 24 hours amounted to up to 800 meters. Aviation and UAV crews carried out strikes in the areas of Veliky Burluk, Bugaevka, Shevchenkovo Pervoye, Kolodeznoe, Vodyanoye, Doroshenkovo, Podsrednee, Fedorovka, Lebyazhye, Kommunar, Prikolotnoye, Golubovka, Izbitskoye, and Khatney.

▪️On the Vostok group of forces sector of the front, offensive operations continue west of Zelyonaya Dibrova and Chervony Yar. In the Zaporizhzhia region, a Ukrainian drone attacked a scheduled bus traveling from Moscow to Melitopol. According to Governor Yevgeny Balitsky, there were two drivers and six passengers on board. Three people were injured, and one of the drivers is in serious condition.

▪️On the Kherson axis, crews of FPV drones from the 49th Combined Arms Army of the Dnepr Group of Forces destroyed ground‑based robotic systems of the Ukrainian Armed Forces that were used to transport ammunition on the right bank of the Dnieper. It was also reported that a logistics warehouse was destroyed.
