Dear All.

🔰 In Beneficiaries Outreach App (BOP), a separate tile has been created for capturing testimonials of one beneficiary per volunteer for every scheme.

☑️ Please ensure that all the volunteers capture that testimonial without fail. Video quality has to be good and as per the norms given in the sample video.

☑️ This work including quality of videos will be a basis for next year’s Vazra, Ratna & Seva Mithra awards. Kindly cooperate.

✅️ A teaching video is also sent showing how the testimonial video is to be recorded.

*YSR Pension Kanuka - Pension Transfer*

🟡 *Same District ::* Pension ని same district లో వున్న వేరే సచివాలయం నకు Transfer చెయ్యాలంటే YSR Pension Kanuka app - WEA login లో update చేస్తే సరిపోతుంది.

🟢 *Other District ::*

1️⃣. Pension ని other district లో వున్న వేరే సచివాలయం నకు transfer చెయ్యాలంటే YSR Pension Kanuka app - WEA login లో update చేసిన తరువాత SSP portal MPDO / MC login కి forward అవుతుంది.

2️⃣. SSP portal MPDO /MC login నందు "Grievence System -> Transactions -> Pending Grievences" option open చేసిన తరువాత "Type_Transfer, Status_Pending at MPDO" అని select select చేసుకొని pension transfer details approve చేసిన తరువాత APO గారి లాగిన్ కి forward అవుతుంది.

3️⃣. APO గారి లాగిన్ లో approval అయిన తరువాత final గా PD గారి login కి forward అవుతుంది. PD గారి లాగిన్ నందు final approval అయితేనే next month other district కి pension transfer అవుతుంది.

🛑 *Time line ::* ప్రతి నెల 20వ తేదీ లోపు YSR Pension Kanuka app - WEA login నందు transfer update చేయగలరు.

■ Wherever fee paid details are not uploaded in navasakam login (on complaints that mother did not pay JVD fee to college), for such students, fee will be released to college only in tomorrow's program of HCM, as per G.O Ms.No.35.

■ In case it is identified later that mother already paid fee within 3 weeks of complaint, but WEA has not uploaded/updated it in login, then responsibility for crediting fee to college (and not mother) has to be taken by concerned WEA only.

■ Pl update today in case of any such pending case in nava sakam login.
