问：
#GooglePodcasts APP里其实不支持订阅RSS，订阅播客全凭搜索或浏览，但为什么说它仍是 #泛用型播客客户端 ？

答：
因为 #Google 聪明地把“填入RSS Feed”这一步从“App用户去提交”转嫁为“播客作者去提交”。在Google官方播客指南里，是这么写的：

「Google 播客会自动检查 Google 在网络上找到的 Feed 是否有更新，频率很快，通常是五分钟一次。要确保 Google 可以快速发现更新，请使用 Google #PubSubHubbub 网站。例如，当您更改节目的说明或发布新剧集时，可以使用 Google PubSubHubbub 网站。在“主题网址”字段中输入您的 Feed 网址，然后点击发布。如果您是第一次提交某个 Feed，并且它符合播客指南的要求，则您的播客应该会在一周内上架。要避免手动输入网址，您可以使用 PubSubHubbub API 自动输入。」 From https://developers.google.com/search/docs/guides/podcast-management?hl=zh-CN

所以，G家Podcasts里就只需要G家引以为豪的检索功能就好了，RSS 完全隐没在背后，用户因此无需了解RSS。
