Crypto analyst Willy Woo modeled possible BTC trajectories using historical price movements. He identified $241,000–$413,000 as a reasonable range for the 2028 peak, while calling the model optimistic.

The simulation uses data from the 2018 and 2022 lows, the market-cycle phase, and BTC’s declining returns from cycle to cycle. Woo stressed it is a simulation, not a price forecast.

The breach hit Bithumb’s internal mobile office system DaouOffice and involved 6,444 customers. Data for 5,600 was encrypted and unreadable. Stolen details included names, phone numbers, emails, resident registration numbers, driver’s licence numbers, bank account numbers and ID copies.

✊ Warsh Flags Growth and Inflation

Kevin Warsh said US GDP growth in Q3 exceeded 3%. First-half growth was revised up to 2.4% from 1.8%, while employment was “quite positive.”

Inflation remains the Fed’s responsibility and has exceeded its target for nearly six years. Rising energy and related goods prices must not spread across the economy.

Financial markets show periods of volatility and shifting correlations. The Fed kept rates at 3.75–4.00%, with two committee members voting for a hike.

🥰 Google Unveils Gemini 4 Carbon

Google unveiled Gemini 4 Carbon, which it calls its strongest model, focused on cybersecurity and extended autonomous operation. It scored 59 points on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index and took first place.

Google reports 88.2% on SEC-bench Pro, 54.8% on ExploitGym, and 71% on CWE-bench. Secure coding was more than twice as effective as Gemini 4 Argon.

Access is initially limited to cybersecurity specialists and trusted partners through Fairwind. Google says developers, companies, and ordinary users will get access “as soon as possible.”
