🤵 Aptos Unveils MonoMove

Aptos (APT) presented MonoMove, the network’s largest scalability upgrade. The new smart-contract engine reportedly runs up to 55 times faster than Aptos’ current virtual machine on some operations.

Development is planned to finish by the end of 2026. Mainnet launch is targeted for 2027, subject to a vote by network governance participants.

👍 Winklevoss Zcash ETF Filing

Winklevoss Asset Services filed an S-1 with the SEC for the Winklevoss Zcash ETF. The fund would hold ZEC directly and plans to list on Nasdaq under WINK.

Gemini Trust Company, affiliated with the Winklevoss brothers, would serve as custodian. The fee is undisclosed. The filing starts the process, not approval. Regulatory risks around privacy coins and the affiliated custodian could raise conflict-of-interest questions.

🫶 Ondo Tokenizes Pre-IPO Assets

Ondo (ONDO) is launching 24/7 trading of pre-IPO assets on the blockchain through Ondo Private Markets. The first notes linked to an undisclosed AI company will begin trading on the secondary market this week.

Notes tied to robotics, cybersecurity, biotech, and infrastructure will follow. Access is limited to eligible investors outside the US in permitted jurisdictions. ONDO is not reacting at all.

Securitize (SECZ) is launching tokenized Apple, Nvidia and Tesla shares on Solana. Securitize Stocks initially covers 12 companies, with liquidity from Jump Trading and settlement in USDC.

Tokens are backed by real shares and retain dividends and voting rights, but do not confer direct registry ownership. Approved investors in the US, Europe and elsewhere get access first during extended hours, then 24/7. They are also planned for NYSE and OKXICE, a joint venture of ICE and OKX, subject to platform launches and regulatory approval.

ABC News reports companies backed by Trump’s sons have over $6 billion in active or promised government contracts. Many investments went through 1789 Capital, where Trump Jr is a partner.

➡️ Anduril — 1789 Capital bought a stake in June 2025. Trump recently announced a $6.6 billion investment, including $2.9 billion backed by the Navy for a Baltimore County plant.

➡️ Vulcan Elements — Received a $620 million loan from the Pentagon’s Office of Strategic Capital in August 2025, when 1789 Capital invested.

➡️ Unusual Machines — Trump Jr became an adviser after the election. It received a Pentagon motor-supply agreement in October 2025.

➡️ Powerus — The brothers invested. A month later, it received its first Air Force order, growing to $90 million in July.
