💥 PIPE Price Gravity Hits Bitcoin Treasury Stocks

A sharp reminder of how PIPE financing works: no matter how high prices run, they tend to snap back to the issue level.

➡️ Kindly MD (NAKA) surged 18.5x in May to an intraday high of $34.77
➡️ After PIPE shares unlocked in September, the stock crashed more than 50% in days
➡️ Total drawdown: –97%, all the way back to its PIPE price of $1.12

PIPE deals create brutal gravity. If you are trading Bitcoin treasury stocks, never ignore the unlock schedule, it decides where price comes home.

✨ Gold Leads, Bitcoin Follows

Markets move in cycles, and gold often sets the tone. Bitcoin tends to lag, repeating the same structure with a delay.

➡️ Gold has already broken out of its wedge and surged to new highs
➡️ Bitcoin is still consolidating inside a similar wedge pattern
➡️ Historically, BTC rallies follow gold’s lead once the breakout confirms

Gold has shown the way. Bitcoin’s turn may be next. Patience is the real edge here.
