⚖️ Do Kwon sentenced to 15 years over Terra Luna collapse

Do Kwon was sentenced to 15 years in prison for his role in the $40B Terra Luna collapse. The ruling came from the Southern District of New York and exceeded what prosecutors asked for.

The judge stated that Kwon knowingly misled investors about the risks and stability of the tokens. He pleaded guilty to fraud and conspiracy charges.
