A viral theory claims Bitcoin's cycle has followed the same timing for over 10 years, unaffected by ETFs, institutions, halvings, or other market events.
Supporters say each Bitcoin bull cycle lasts exactly 1064 days, while each bear phase lasts about 364 days. Historical data shows lows in 2015 and 2018 followed by peaks in 2017 and 2021 after 1064 days, and bear phases from 2017 to 2018 and 2021 to 2022 lasting 364 days.
If this pattern holds, the current downturn should end by October 2026.

Michael Saylor, founder of Strategy, claims Bitcoin can increase 500 times from current levels. He believes BTC is gradually becoming a digital alternative to the global credit market, with capital expected to flow massively into the cryptocurrency over time.
Despite the current hype around AI, Saylor expects money to return to Bitcoin within the next few months. If his forecast holds, the price of one Bitcoin could surpass $20 million.

Saylor aims to make BTC the foundation of a new financial system by building a full market on top of it.
BTC serves as base capital, debt backed by BTC offers yield without BTC volatility, and BTC-based stablecoins generate interest. The key point is that BTC does not need staking or inflation, yield comes from financial instruments layered above the network.

The financial instrument STRC linked to Michael Saylor is trading 14% below parity after he issued $7-8 billion in debt from February to May. Buyers of the 11.5% yield knew Saylor had two years of interest payments reserved.
In early May, Saylor repurchased other debt at a 6% discount, nearly wiping out cash reserves. This alarmed STRC investors, who saw him as reckless for spending funds meant to cover two years of interest elsewhere. Trust eroded as the instrument appeared funded for only six months.
Saylor then sold 32 BTC at $77K, triggering a sell-off that pushed Bitcoin below $60K. Even the US-Iran deal failed to revive BTC, which remains hostage to the drama around Saylor and the collapsing STRC bonds.

Microsoft experts have identified a new malware called CryptoBandits that spreads through USB drives by replacing copied cryptocurrency wallet addresses with those of attackers.
Once infected, the virus can steal seed phrases and private keys, take screenshots, and execute commands from operators on the victim's device. Microsoft advises against using unknown USB drives and stresses verifying wallet addresses before sending funds.
