『⋯⋯香港的租金非常昂貴，營業成本當中，租金佔了巨大的部分⋯⋯這時候徵收他們的租金，無異就是殺雞取卵。故此，政府應該考慮，限制營業多久，就禁止全港業主收租多久。既然港府目前的政令，已去到能夠禁制各種基本權利，例如上學、上班，或者禁止某些人去街市、禁止某些店舖營業等，那禁止收租也是舉手之勞⋯⋯』

【明報文章】最近因為政府無力阻止新冠疫症爆發，所以決定收緊防疫政策，不僅是禁晚市堂食，還禁髮型屋等多個行業的設施營業。這些產業以及市民生計，都因為停業或限制營業而大受打擊。日後未有疫苗通行證者將被禁止進入餐廳，更會對各個食肆構成不少損失。
