女子涉嫌「起底」案被捕 明日東區法院提堂 【資訊部整合】昨(8月20日)警方以「有犯罪或不誠實意圖而取用電腦」拘捕一名女子(25歲)。警方網絡安全及科技罪案調查科譚威信警司會見傳媒。 被捕女子涉嫌進行數以百計的「起底」的行為。警方由去年6月留意到有大量個人資料（姓名、電話、地址、身分證號碼、相片、家人資料等）於網上流傳。估計約3800名被起底人士，包括警務人員、法律界人士、議員等。當中有收到電話滋擾及惡作劇，個人資料亦被作申請貸款、器官捐贈之用。 經過深入調查，警方拘捕一名25歲女子，為入境處文書助…

週四於灣仔遭受到綁架式拘捕的25歲入境處女手足於今早在東區裁判法院提堂。根據邱議員現場轉述，該手足懷疑因使用了入境處公家電腦而被揭發。另有指警方已鎖定牽涉案件的有關人士，並可能會作出跟進行動。
聆訊將於10月19日14:30 於東區裁判法院繼續。手足不獲保釋。
