Radicalised Muslim shot down in Paris business district Rachid R, forty-two years old and of Moroccan origin, was suffering from psychiatric disorders.
In the basements of La Dรฉfense, the business district of Paris, he reportedly threatened employees of a private company with a saw.
As three police officers approached, he allegedly displayed a weapon and said "I am a terrorist", according to some witnesses. Police officers shot him.
