As in Australia below, in Law, one precedent example (case) can stop an Unlawful document/legislation/act.

So the videos/posts in the next while is to share information and sources on Law, Natural Law, Hierarchy of Law, Law versus Legal, Man/Woman versus Person/Citizen, One Precedent example (case), Trial by Jury are all important components as well as Truth, Right and Wrong, Conscience and Natural Law.
Law versus Legal is also a key understanding.
Here is an example:
We have Freedom of Travel as an Inalienable and Inherent Right in Law, high up in the Hierarchy of Law, in Natural Law. It applies worldwide and can never be taken away.
It is the duty and role of Lawful Police, Justice's to actually protect and defend this Right for each of us, that is their duty, they must uphold the Law, they may have sworn an Oath to do this and it is their role in society, as well as they get paid to do this, which binds them to a higher duty and lawful obligation.
So, if you or any one is stopped when travelling by men and women 'dressed up' as Police, this man or woman is misrepresenting the Law.
This is a Criminal Offence in Law for this man or woman dressed up as 'Police'.

We know this has been happening.
But this misrepresentation can be stopped using the Law, and only one example (case) is needed to establish precedent. See the example from Australia below 💞

Every man or woman is Innocent until proven guilty. The assessment of the establishment of the Law, and the employment relationship of those in the system is fundamental, for example, whether The Courts Act 1924 is lawful and correctly established in Law.
The liability for whether any man or woman, performing and 'employed' as 'Police', 'Justices', 'Judges' rests on the individual man or woman.
Any element of Misrepresentation, they hold the Liability and are fully responsible in Law for the consequences, if it is unlawful and or if their actions cause Harm, Distress, Harassment, and any and all Fraudulent Misrepresentation and or any Financial Transactions or 'Charging' of any property and or related to any Trust, Bonds, Assets by deception and or Misrepresentation.

No one can say they did not know the Law, as 'Ignorance of the Law is no Excuse', neither is 'Following Orders'.

This is why, 'What is your name?' And 'Are you a Police/Judge in Law now?' Or 'Are you acting under your Oath now?' is simply asking them are they carrying out their duty lawfully now, when they come into your world.

The Hierarchy of Law is in every Nation and applies to all people, it is
'Act in Honour, Do No Harm'
Men and women have an Inalienable Right to Life, Travel, Speak, Privacy and Private Property.
This is above all written documents, constitutions, legislation, treaties, it applies worldwide.

In the Law, one example of harm unravels the unlawful 'written document'. Those who have a duty, sworn an Oath, are paid and have a lawful obligation, such as Parliamentarians, Judges/Justices, Police, Coroners who write documents to Infringe on the Right to Life (including Informed Consent, Bodily Integrity, Coersion) in Law 'knew or should have known' what they were or are doing was or is unlawful.

Those men and women who misrepresented the Law hold the Liability in their private capacity, as well, if a Trial by Jury, hold examples were guilty of misrepresenting the Law, and Malfeasance. And if there was any 'Charging' of a Trust or Financial Transaction by Deception, this includes Fraud, Deception, Misrepresentation. The man or woman, 'dressed up' as Police but carrying out Criminal Offences also carry the full liability to compensate the man or woman they harmed, harassed, unlawfully imprisoned, unlawfully detained or who they engaged in or conspired in fraud, theft, and or 'Charging' a financial instrument, 'Charging' a Trust including elements of Fraud, Deception and Misrepresentation.
The assets of the man and woman are liable under the Law, including private assets and income, bonds, professional liability insurances.
Fraud can be investigated Criminally and for the Harm caused to the man or woman.

This may sadly be a tragic example of a Law versus Legal precedence.

This is being misrepresented by the media.

The Mother and Father have an Inalienable Right to protect the Right to Life of their boy.

In Law, the mother and father have a lawful duty of care for their boy.

The boy has an Inalienable Right to Life in Law and in Natural Law, which is superior in the Hierarchy of Law to any written document.

The mother and father have a duty and obligation under Law to 'Do No Harm' to their boy and it is their Conscience and their decision to weigh what is best for him, to weight Right and Wrong, and to make the decision, using the criteria 'Do No Harm'.

In the Law, and Natural Law, the Mother and Father carry the duty, obligation and responsibility to care for their boy in the months and years to come if the boy has consequences of their decision, even if the mother and father made the decision with the best intentions. This is why in the Law, and the Natural Law, the Mother and Father must make the decision, as they bear the responsibility of the outcome of their decision. The Natural Law upholding the Inalienable Rights of the boy, mother and father makes sense as the family is the fundamental and foundational pillar in our communities and in Law. The Mother and Father have the ultimate, imprescriptible, inherent and inalienable duty of care in Law for their boy.

All interventions, including Medical Interventions, must be based in Law. The Mother and Father must be given full, free, true and informed consent and their Rights and their decision is Superior in Law.

Any interference in the Inalienable Rights of the boy's Right to Life without the full, free and informed consent of his Mother and Father is unlawful.

The man or woman who does so, is misrepresenting the Law and he or she holds the liability for the harm and adverse events they cause, now and in the future.

This is based in the Law, Natural Law and reiterated in the Nuremberg Code.

A man or woman such as a Police Constable and Justice in Law has a higher duty, liability and responsibility in Law.

Any unlawful actions and or omissions such as a breach of the boy's skin or body, without the Mother's and Father's full, free and informed consent is unlawful and unethical. All men and women involved hold  Liability for the consequences, including all Harm, Adverse Events and Death and all involved are as guilty by their actions and omissions as the man or woman causing the Assault, Harm, Adverse Event, Suffering and or Death, or Premature Death.

The Mother's and Father's and the Boy's rights in Law to Life, Bodily Integrity and Informed Consent are superior in Law to all written documents, and are inalienable, can never be taken away and never given up.

In Law, breaches of these Inalienable Right to Live had different names for the Crimes, depending on the circumstances, including Wilful Blindness, Assault, Deception and Misrepresentation of the Law causing Harm, to Criminal Misconduct, Malfeasance, Assault causing Harm, and Contributory Manslaughter.

Whether it is this boy, or sadly another boy or girl, one case in Law, will set a Precedence.

If Fraud is involved, any man or woman involved holds the liability.

Fraud and Misrepresentation can happen in the Informed Consent process, if those men and women 'knew or should have known' the intervention causes More Harm than Good. Fraud unravels all. There is no time limit on fraud. Those with a Lawful duty and are paid as Judges, Justices, Civil and Public Servants, Physicians, all have a higher duty of care and are privately and criminally liable for any misrepresentation of the Law and any and all Harm they do by their actions and omissions.
