Allow things to unfold as they may.

Remember you just watch and observe, hold on to the truth.

Happiness will come of its own accord.

When you hold on to the truth, when you do not react to life's conditions, person, place or thing, when you leave things alone and you stop fighting life, you're not giving up.

In the Western psychology, we're told that you never give up.

We are taught to keep on fighting.

But I'm telling you there is nothing to fight, and the only thing you're giving up is your ego.

Western psychology has never gone beyond this.

Therefore they do not know of life beyond this.

Western psychology works in the presumption that you are a body and a mind, so naturally they tell you never give up, fight to the end.

Stick up for your rights.

But in the highest teachings of the truth we learn that you have no rights.

You're giving up your body, your ego, your mind, and when this happens, you go beyond psychology.

Something happens that psychiatry, psychology are not aware of whatsoever.

And that is you rise to a higher dimension, where there is happiness, and peace, and compassion, and love, joy, that is naturally yours.

You begin to feel these things instead of the things you felt before.

Prior to this, when you were fighting life, when you were sticking up for your rights, when you were trying to get even, when you were working as an ego, you were never able to feel happiness or joy or peace.

Only sometimes, when you won, when you got your point across, when you won an argument, when you won a fight, when you sued someone and won, you felt happy for a while, but it didn't last long, and you have to go through it again and again.

But this is as far as the world goes. It doesn't know anything else but this.

What I'm saying to you, let go of everything.

Do not hold on.

Stand naked before God, without any crutches, without anything to hold on to.

When you can do this, from this moment on you will begin to rise.

Your psychology and your biology are deeply and intrinsically linked.

Your tissues experience every thought you think, every emotion you feel, and respond accordingly.

More than just “stress causes disease”, your body is a better interpreter of your environment and survival needs than you could possibly imagine.

There is a language your body speaks and precise ways your body tissues seek to aid your survival.

The growing breasts of a pregnant woman, fingers that wrinkle when in water, eyes that dilate in darkness, hands that callous with use, red blood cells that increase at altitude, sweating when it’s hot, shivering when it’s cold.

Your body is constantly responding to every situation you find yourself in.

It is perfectly calibrated to change your blood pressure when you stand, release glycogen from muscles and liver when running, increase your heart rate under stress, perfect adaptation always.

Your emotional and psychological life is not separate from your body.

They are more closely linked than you realize.

Every emotional/psychological trauma/conflict is interpreted in a biological way by your tissues.

If you feel attacked or “soiled” you don't just suffer in your mind, your body builds cells of protection.

If your have lost your self-worth your body starts renovations to reinforce and make you stronger.

If you are “scared to death” your body builds extra lung tissue to take up oxygen.

If you are worried about your injured child your breast glands proliferate to provide nourishment for them.

If you are experiencing a situation that is hard to accept your digestive cells proliferate to better process the indigestible morsel.

Your body responds to every threat in its own way, in its own ancient language.

We have misinterpreted this language for a very long time.

We have decided that the body is messing up, that it is doing something wrong because we have failed to understand this language.

“Disease” is an error in communication and translation not in biological function.

The science of Germanische Heilkunde is the Rosetta Stone of health symptoms.

When you learn this ancient language you will understand how perfectly calibrated this biological system is.

Analyze your fears. Call them out into the light of your conscious attention. Examine them.

Are they worth sacrificing your freedom?

Other people use your fears to dominate you. Predator and Prey. The oldest game.

When you fear: disease, debt, death, sin, invaders, terror, germs, genes, god, evil, disaster, accidents, loss of freedom, poverty, judgement, or ANYTHING else someone, somewhere will exploit you.

When your perspective is limited you fear the things you cannot grasp.

Those with a bigger perspective use your fears as a way to extract resources from you.

Expand your view of the world and of yourself.

Dissolve your fears.

Live boldly.

Discover who you really are… when you do you will be fearless. 😉
