“Healing is a biological process, not an art.
It is as much a function of the living organism as respiration, digestion, circulation, excretion, cell proliferation, or nerve activity.
It is a ceaseless process, as constant as the turning of the earth on its axis.
Man can neither duplicate nor imitate nor provide a substitute for the process.
All schools of healing are frauds.”
—
“Health and disease are the same thing—vital action intended to preserve, maintain, and protect the body.
There is no more reason for treating disease than there is for treating health.”
-Herbert Shelton-
Your body is programmed for continued life.
You are never “sick”.
You are either adapting or healing, both of which are vital normal functions of your body.
Understand how your body works.
Understand the role your mind is playing in sending messages of danger to your nervous system.
Begin sending steady messages of safety.
Your body knows what to do next.

If something in your life sucks (health symptoms, relationship issues, money issues, etc) you have a few options for how you can think about it...
1. You can become convinced (based on how long it’s been going on, statistics, the opinions of others, etc) that it’s always going to be this way.
2. You can flip flop between hopeful that things can change and depressed that things might never change.
3. You can become firmly convinced that this is temporary and that there is a way (even if you don’t know exactly what it is right now) for things to improve drastically and rapidly.
There are logical consequences that go along with which approach you choose.
1. You cope. You deal. You survive.
2. You’re up one day, down the next.
3. You’re the 𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐲.
Tips for being the 𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐲:
- Become completely indifferent to the “facts of reality”.
- Refuse to be discouraged.
- Be willing to appear to be “foolish” to others and live in your own personal dream world.
- Take all “realistic”, serious, or bad feeling feedback with a grain of salt.
- Keep your eyes on the prize, your ideal outcome.
If you choose the path of the 𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐲 you will have to go against your standard programming.
You will have to elevate your consciousness.
You will have to transcend the way of the average human.
It will feel weird.
It will feel like you’re “being delusional” by your old standards.
You have to recalibrate. Shift. Create new criteria.
Keep at it. It’s not a therapy or treatment ... it’s a lifestyle.
The way of the 𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐲 is the narrow path less travelled.
If you’re reading this... I know you’ve got what it takes.

I love the way Dr. Lanka describes GNM.

For International Women’s Day I want to empower women with a new perspective of the root cause of female cancers and reproductive issues.
According to the science of German New Medicine, all cancers and tissues changes are normal biological adaptations that occur in response to Emotional/Biological Conflict Shocks.
Women are complex creatures.
Their ability to issue forth new life comes with the potential for many emotional and biological Conflicts which affect their reproductive organs.
When a woman has experienced a shocking Conflict her biology responds in a specific way.
The biological response has evolved to improve her chance of survival, her offspring’s survival, or enhance the likelihood of pregnancy.
When a woman is aware of the connection between Conflicts and tissue adaptation she no longer fears health symptoms.
She knows that emotional healing precedes physical healing.
She trusts her body and does not fear its functions.
💛🌸🧡🌼❤️
Cervical Cancer: Sexual Frustration or Mating Conflict
Uterine Endometrial or Fallopian Tube Cancer: Procreation, Implantation, Sexuality, or Partnership Conflict
PMS, Cramps, Difficult Periods: Femininity, Sexuality, or Womanhood Conflict (fear of sex, fear of pregnancy, disliking the menstrual cycles, etc.)
Ovarian Cysts(PCOS), Ovarian Cancer, Endometriosis: Loss Conflict, Betrayal, Argument
Germ Cell Tumor: Profound Loss Conflict
Uterine Muscle Tumor or Fibroids: Unwanted Pregnancy or Infertility Conflict, Unfulfilled Wish for a Child
Uterine Prolapse: Self Devaluation Conflict, “Too Much to Bear”
HPV, HSV, Vulvitis: Separation Conflict- Wanting or Not Wanting Contact in that region
Infertility: General Sympathicotonia (excessive stress), Territorial Loss Conflict, Sexual Conflict, Loss Conflict
Ductal Breast Cancer: Separation “Torn From My Breast” Conflict
Lobular Breast Cancer: Nest Worry Conflict
