La masculinidad es un problema para el individuo en un contexto capitalista y por tanto hay que censurarla.
Lo que no se analiza es porque el auge del feminismo (una parte, al menos) que apoya los valores útiles para una economía terciaria, de servicios, cognitiva y extremadamente socializada (más allá del diseño evolutivo humano).
La feminidad (ciertas características) es ideal para una economía de atención al cliente, servicios sociales, trabajo y gestión de equipos, comunicaciones, etc.
Lo que no se analiza es porque el auge del feminismo (una parte, al menos) que apoya los valores útiles para una economía terciaria, de servicios, cognitiva y extremadamente socializada (más allá del diseño evolutivo humano).
La feminidad (ciertas características) es ideal para una economía de atención al cliente, servicios sociales, trabajo y gestión de equipos, comunicaciones, etc.
Un tipo de "casualidad" similar a la aparición y preocupación creciente del diagnóstico psiquiátrico de autismo. También en el mismo contexto económico. Las personas con características TEA no fueron una preocupación hasta que la economía no necesito mano de obra en el sector terciario, servicios, comunicación, ventas, atención al cliente, trabajo en equipo,...
La masculinidad no es exactamente el problema sino su relación con el sistema económico que la considera una barrera.
La lucha sindical de obreros fue fabril y colectiva. Con la destrucción de esa colectividad obrera y el cambio de la organización laboral al sector terciario, la masculinidad fue individualizada.

El análisis y técnicas de trabajo en equipo, facilitación de grupos, liderazgo y demás están relacionados con lo anterior.
