Here's an expression that confuses many readers!
π The jury is still out
π― What does this mean?
We say the jury is still out when a decision about something hasn't been made.
Examples:
πΊWill the new movie be a success? The jury's still out!
πΊThe jury's on who will be the next opener for India is still out.
Origin: In many legal trials, the result of the trial isn't known until a jury has finished discussing the case and returned to the courtroom. Until then, we say that "the jury is still out".

When using expressions such as these, please be careful to understand the context, use, and when and where it is appropriate to break a phrase.
The second example is where the phrase has been broken, but accurately so.
