✍️ در رایتینگ آیلتس، استفاده درست از punctuation (نشانه گذاری) بسیار مهم است، چون به خوانایی و روانی متن کمک میکند و روی نمره Coherence and Cohesion و Grammatical Range and Accuracy تأثیر میگذارد.

👈 نکات مهم در مورد punctuation در آیلتس
1️⃣ نقطه (.)
برای پایان دادن به جمله های کامل استفاده میشود. اگر به هر دلیل بعد از پایان جمله نقطه گذاشته نشود، خواندن متن دشوار شده و نمره از دست خواهید داد.

مثال:
Many people believe that technology improves our lives. However, some argue that it causes social isolation.

2️⃣ ویرگول (،)
برای جدا کردن اقلام در لیست، عبارات توضیحی، یا بخشهای مختلف جمله استفاده میشود. دقت کنید با ویرگول نمیتوانیم دو جمله را از هم جدا کنیم و حتما باید از نقطه برای این کار استفاده کرد.

مثال:
A healthy lifestyle includes regular exercise, a balanced diet, and sufficient sleep. (لیست)
Climate change, which is caused by human activities, is a global issue. (عبارت توضیحی)

3️⃣ نقطه ویرگول (;)
برای ارتباط دادن دو جمله مستقل اما مرتبط، بدون استفاده از حرف ربط.

مثال:
Some people prefer public transport; others find it inconvenient.

4️⃣ دونقطه (:)
قبل از لیست یا توضیح بیشتر میآید.

مثال:
There are three main reasons for this trend: cost, convenience, and efficiency.

5️⃣ علامت سؤال (?)
فقط در جمله های پرسشی مستقیم استفاده میشود. البته بهتر است در رایتینگ آیلتس سوال پرسیده نشود.

مثال:
How can governments address this problem?

6️⃣ علامت تعجب (!)
در رایتینگ آکادمیک آیلتس معمولاً استفاده نمیشود، چون حالت غیررسمی دارد.

7️⃣ آپوستروف (’)
برای نشان دادن مالکیت یا حذف حروف در مخففها.

مثال:
The government’s policies have been effective. (مالکیت)
Don’t ignore the risks. (do not → don’t)

8️⃣ گیومه (“ ”)
برای نقل قول مستقیم یا اشاره به اصطلاحات خاص.

مثال:
The term “globalization” refers to the interconnectedness of economies.

❌ حذف ویرگول قبل از "and" در لیستها
غلط: I like apples oranges and bananas.

📌 تأثیرات منفی جمله‌های حفظی در رایتینگ آیلتس:

1️⃣ کاهش نمره در معیار Coherence and Cohesion (انسجام و پیوستگی متن):
✍️ اگر جملات حفظ‌شده به‌صورت نامناسب در متن قرار بگیرند، ممکن است با ایده‌های دیگر متن هماهنگ نباشند و ارتباط منطقی بین پاراگراف‌ها را از بین ببرند. ممتحن‌های آیلتس به راحتی متوجه می‌شوند که برخی جملات از قبل حفظ شده‌اند و این باعث می‌شود نوشته شما غیرطبیعی و غیرمنسجم به نظر برسد.

2️⃣ کاهش نمره در معیار Task Achievement (پاسخ کامل و درست به سؤال):

✍️ استفاده از عبارات کلیشه‌ای و حفظ‌شده (مثل "This is a highly controversial issue today") و تکرار آن ه اممکن است بعنوان دامنهٔ محدود واژگان شما تعبیر شود. در عمل فضای استفاده از ساختارهای خوب با این جمله های ضعیف گرفته میشود.

4️⃣ ریسک Off-topic Writing (انحراف از موضوع):
✍️ به خصوص با توجه به استرس روز آزمون و دشواری لغات بعضی از سوالات رایتینگ، بعضی از داوطلبان به قدری روی جملات حفظ‌شده تمرکز می‌کنند که موضوع اصلی را فراموش می‌کنند و متن آن‌ها به سمت کلی‌گویی می‌رود. هر جمله باید معنای مشخصی به نوشته های ما بدهد و پاراگراف ها باید یک هدف مشخص را دنبال کنند. این نوع جمله ها به این اصل ضربه میزنند.
