☣ How often do you take a rest ?

I like to rest after every 2-3 hours . I have a lot of classes during the day but in between classes , whenever I get time , I like to take a break . I feel my brain is exhausted and after taking some rest I feel relaxed and rejuvenated .

📝 طرح ریزی یک برنامه متعادل
برای گرفتن نمره ۷ و یا بالاتر در آزمون آیلتس باید به دو مورد مهم توجه شود استراتژی و تمرین که هر دو مهم هستند و نمی توان هیچ یک از آنها را نادیده گرفت برای برنامه ریزی باید به موارد زیر توجه کنید

1⃣ اطمینان حاصل کنید دوره ای که شرکت میکنید بر اساس یادگیری استراتژیها و تکنیکهای آزمون می باشد.

2⃣ برای بهبود سطح عمومی زبان انگلیسی خود از روشهای زیر استفاده کنید : گوش دادن به پادکست هایی با لهجه های متفاوت، صحبت کردن با یک فردی که زبان مادری او انگلیسی است، خواندن مجلات و روزنامه های مثل NY Times و یا سایر روزنامه های سطح بالا و دیگر فعالیت هایی که به بهبود اعتماد به نفس شما کمک میکند.

3⃣ عملکرد روزانه خود را مداوم یادداشت کنید و مطمئن شوید که تمرینات شما هر هفته شامل (General Fluency) دانش عمومی زبان و آمادگی آزمون میباشد.
