To date we have had many sensitive and central educational issues debated among educationalists. The idea of single-sex or mixed-sex schools are criticized or endorsed by their critics or adherents. انگیزه نامه باید طوری نوشته شود که بتواند خوانندگان آن یعنی– کمیته ی گزینش- را متقاعد سازد. انگیزه نامه ی شما باید بیانگر این مطلب باشد که شما به دنبال اهداف و دستاوردهای بزرگی هستید که به نوعی تعهدات شما برای موفقیت در تحصیلات تکمیلی را نیز نشان می دهد. در واقع، انگیزه نامه یک انشاء متشکل از چهار قسمت زیر می باشد.

قسمت ۱: ضمن معرفی خودتان، به علایق و انگیزه های خود اشاره کنید

به افرادی که انگیزه نامه ی شما را می خوانند بگویید که به چه چیزهایی علاقمند هستید و چه چیزهایی باعث تمایل شما به ادامه ی تحصیلات تکمیلی شده است. سعی کنید به صورت کوتاه و مستقیم به موضوع اصلی اشاره کنید و وقت زیادی بر روی زندگی نامه ی خود صرف نکنید.

قسمت ۲: خلاصه دوره کارشناسی و تجارب شغلی خود را بنویسید

a) به تحقیقاتی که انجام دادید اشاره کنید، شخصی را که در انجام تحقیق به شما کمک کرده نام ببرید، موضوع پروژه و مسئولیت شما در آن چه بوده است، در نهایت نتیجه چه بوده است. سعی کنید به سبک فنی و منظم بنویسید. زیرا انگیزه نامه ها را معمولا اساتید می خوانند پس سعی کنید رسمی بنویسید.

b) مقالات مهم ، پایان نامه و همچنین هر گونه سوابق علمی خود را بنویسید

c) تجارب شغلی، به ویژه هر گونه مسئولیتی در زمینه ی، آزمون سازی، طراحی، تحقیق یا دوره های کارآموزی( که شباهتی به منطقه ای که شما دوست دارید مقطع تحصلات تکمیلی را در آنجا بگذرانید) داشته اید را اشاره کنید.

قسمت ۳: به رابطه ی بین فعالیت های اخیر و فعالیت های کنونی خود بپردازید

در صورتی که شما بعد از دوره کارشناسی مشغول به کار بوده اید، ضمن اشاره به حرفه ی مربوطه، نوع شرکت اعم از انتفاعی و یا غیر انتفاعی، تیم طراحی ، مسئولیت های خود و آنچه که یاد گرفتید اشاره کنید. همچنین شما می توانید نشان دهید که این تجربیات چگونه به شما کمک کرده تا بر روی ادامه تحصیل در مقطع تحصیلات تکمیلی تمرکز کنید.
