2) Explica tu negativa. "I already have a commitment" o "Unfortunately, I'm swamped this week" dejan claras tus razones.

3) Ofrece alternativas. "¿Perhaps another time?" o "Let me know if there's anything else I can do" muestran buena disposición.

4) Sé directo pero amable. "I'm afraid I can't" o "I'll have to decline" son firmes pero educados.
