Crime Against Humanity by the Islamic Republic
The Islamic Republic has once again committed an apparent crime against humanity by directly firing at an ambulance carrying wounded civilians.
In the circulated video, regime forces are seen shooting at an #ambulance. Under international humanitarian law, this constitutes a war crime: attacking medical transport, healthcare workers, and the injured.
Hospitals under security control, abducted wounded protesters, arrested doctors, execution-style killings of the injured, and now ambulances under direct fire, all point to a systematic pattern of state violence and crimes against humanity under Ali Khamenei’s rule.

La République islamique a une nouvelle fois commis un crime contre l’humanité présumé en ouvrant le feu sur une ambulance transportant des blessés.
La vidéo diffusée montre des forces du régime tirant directement sur une ambulance. Selon le droit international humanitaire, une telle attaque constitue un crime de guerre, visant des moyens de secours, des personnels médicaux et des patients protégés.
Hôpitaux placés sous contrôle sécuritaire, blessés enlevés, médecins arrêtés, exécutions de blessés, et désormais ambulances prises pour cible : tous ces éléments s’inscrivent dans un schéma de violence systématique relevant de crimes contre l’humanité sous l’autorité d’Ali Khamenei.

رژیم جمهوری اسلامی بار دیگر با تیراندازی مستقیم به یک آمبولانس حامل مجروحان، یکی دیگر از مصادیق آشکار جنایت علیه بشریت را ثبت کرد.
در ویدیوی منتشرشده، نیروهای وابسته به حکومت بهطور مستقیم به #آمبولانس شلیک میکنند. این اقدام، بر اساس حقوق بینالملل بشردوستانه، نقض فاحش قوانین جنگ و مصداق جنایت جنگی است: حمله به وسایل امدادی، کادر درمان و بیماران.
بیمارستانهای تحت کنترل نیروهای امنیتی، ربودهشدن مجروحان، بازداشت پزشکان، تیر خلاص به مجروحان، و اکنون هدف قرار دادن آمبولانسها، همه اجزای یک الگوی سیستماتیک از خشونت سازمانیافته و جنایت علیه بشریت تحت حاکمیت علی خامنهای است.
