Tehran Prosecutor: #Police Should Stop the Formation of Illegal Rallies
Abbas Gafari Dolat Abadi, general prosecutor of Tehran, on Tuesday asked the police to take any necessary precautions should any protests occur.
According to the Human Rights in Iran report, as quoted by Isna, he pointed to some recent rallies in Tehran as illegal and said that the police should prevent the formation of these gatherings, which are against the law and can allow for a ground assault against the police.
The last gathering was held on Sunday in Tehran when about three hundred petrochemical workers from Arak, Isfahan, and Amit Kabir gathered in front of the oil ministry in protest of their employment status after the transfer of petrochemical units to the private sector.

عباس جعفری دولت‌آبادی، #دادستان عمومی و انقلاب تهران، روز سه شنبه از پلیس خواست در صورت برگزاری تجمعی به گفته او «در مقابل یک مرجع رسمی کشور» روی دهد، آمادگی های لازم را داشته باشد.
به گزارش تارنگار #حقوق_بشر در ایران به نقل از ایسنا، او با اشاره به برخی تجمع های اخیر در تهران که آنها را «غیر قانونی» نامید، گفت: پلیس باید از شکل گیری این‌گونه تجمع ها و اقدامات برخلاف قانون جلوگیری کند تا به گفته او، «زمینه هجمه علیه پلیس فراهم نشود.»
