Meanwhile, during the peak of the protests, for most of the injured, the Islamic government's response was to use ambulances to transfer protesters directly to detention centers instead of hospitals.

• Additionally, medical staff were threatened and arrested for providing help to injured protesters, and guards were stationed at hospital entrances to record the names of people arriving with protest-related injuries who wanted to enter the hospitals.

• Many were forced to resort to home treatments, and some even sought out safe clinics for immediate treatment of their injuries, hoping to later gain access to hospitals. They were unable to disclose the real cause of their injuries at any of these clinics. Their silence was due to fear of entering hospitals and being arrested, fearing that hospital authorities would hand over their names, information, or even themselves to government officials.

#Parastoo_Ahmadi, a singer, musician, and composer, performed a concert titled “Caravanserai Concert” in one of Iran’s caravanserais without adhering to the #compulsory_hijab, broadcasting it on YouTube.

Due to the ban on women singing and restrictions on their clothing, she has started performing what she calls “Imaginary Concerts.” These concerts defy societal and legal restrictions, showcasing her artistic resistance.

During the #Women_Life_Freedom Revolutionary Uprising, she performed the piece “Ma Ra Bebous” (Kiss me Once for the last time), which received widespread acclaim. In October 2023, a case was filed against her in the judiciary.

The media center of the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic has announced the filing of a case against singer Parastoo Ahmadi and the creators of the “Imaginary Concert” clip for allegedly violating the legal and cultural regulations of the Islamic Republic and performing without a permit.
