💠 ۱۳ سال پیش شکایت شاهزاده رضا پهلوی از علی خامنه‌ای به دیوان بین‌المللی کیفری چرا پاسخ نگرفت؟

شاهزاده رضا پهلوی، در خردادماه ۱۳۹۱ در سفر به هلند در دیدار با لوئیس‌مورنواوکامپو، دادستان دادگاه بین‌المللی لاهه شکایت خود را از رهبر جمهوری اسلامی در ایران به اتهام «جنایت علیه بشریت» به دادگاه بین‌المللی کیفری تسلیم کرد اما دادگاه لاهه خم به ابرو نیاورد و این در حالیست که هزاران هزار جوان و انسان در ایران یا به جوخه های اعدام سپرده شدند یا زندانهای طولانی مدت گرفتند یا مجبور به ترک وطن شدند و یا در بیماری ایجاد شده توسط حکومت در ایران از بین رفتند. دادگاه لاهه اساسا تاکنون چه اقدام جدی علیه حکومت ایران و خامنه ای تبهکار سردسته همه تروریستهای نیابتی انجام داده است؟ ایرانیها و اسراییلیها بشر نیستند؟ چرا علیه باقی مانده های رهبران حزب الله و‌عاملان جنایات ۷ اکتبر به سرکردگی جمهوری اسلامی حکم صادر نمیکند؟ متاسفانه این دیوان توسط چپ ها و عوامل جمهوری اسلامی تصرف شده و اساسا یک ارگان مستقل و عادلانه نیست.
ما پشتیبان اسراییل خواهیم بود و این حکم را نقض صریح حقوق بشر برای دو ملت ایران و اسراییل میدانیم!

#Prince_Reza_Pahlavi, @PahlaviReza in June 2011, during his trip to the Netherlands, in a meeting with Luis Moreno Ocampo @MorenoOcampo1 , the prosecutor of the Hague International Court, submitted his complaint against the leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran #Khamenei to the International Criminal Court on charges of "crimes against humanity", but the Hague Court did not take any action against Ali Khameni and this is while thousands of young people and people in #Iran were either handed over to the death squads or given long-term prisons or forced to leave their homeland or due to the disease caused by the government in Iran disappeared.

Basically, what serious action has the Hague Court taken against the government of Iran and Khamenei, the main criminal of all proxy terrorists? Aren't Iranians and Israelis human? Why doesn't they issue a sentence against the remnants of Hezbollah leaders and the perpetrators of the October 7 crimes led by the Islamic Republic? Unfortunately, this court has been taken over by the leftists and agents of the Islamic Republic, and it is basically not an independent and fair organisation.
We continue to support #Israel and we consider this ruling as a clear violation of human rights for the two nations of Iran and Israel!
