In these roles employee relation efforts are required to create and maintain a positive relationship with its employees, they also include acting as a liaison or intermediary between employees and senior management, and either creating or advising on the creation of policies around employee issues like fair compensation, useful benefits, proper work-life balance, reasonable working hours, and other components. Ultimately, you will create organizational policies for the company and oversee the day to day operations along with hiring needs. You should have at least 2 years of working HR experience in a technology based MNC.
