According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, the condition of Sharife Mohammadi, a labor activist, who has been in prison for more than 40 days, is worrying. During this time, except for a few very short calls with her 12-year-old son, she has not been allowed to meet or contact her family.
On December 30th, 2023, this labor activist was transferred from Lakan Prison in Rasht to Sanandaj Central with the goal of applying more psychological pressure on her, and she is still in this prison in an unspecified state.
