And today we were in West Yorkshire where we completed a toughmudder-style 10k run along side some members of PA North-East. What a challenge!
Everyone performed fantastically, all of us within the top 25% and Mark and one other in in the top 7%! Well done!
We finished with a Sunday roast where we toasted our success and refuelled.
