🇺🇸 A swing ride at a Middle #Tennessee fair malfunctioned on Wednesday night, sending riders slamming into the fence as they came down.

Four people who were on the Wave Swinger at the Wilson County-Tennessee State Fair had to be hospitalized, and nine people overall were injured. The incident is under investigation.

🇺🇸 Dramatic police bodycam shows #Atlanta cops rescuing two young girls from a trailer “unsuitable for human habitation” after they were allegedly kidnapped by a woman posing as a babysitter (Lakesha Brown, 42) — five years after she was accused of snatching a newborn.

Zola Cooper, 4, and her 11-month-old sister, Norah Cooper, were rescued Monday, a day after they were reported critically missing by their mom, Elicia Redding.

Brown “posed as a babysitter through a social media group and gained the trust of unsuspecting mothers before kidnapping their children,” cops said in arrest documents seen by People.

🇺🇸 Police in #Florida are praising a Chick-fil-A employee who they said rushed to the aid of a woman who was being carjacked. Hearing the woman’s shouts for help, an employee rushed to intervene.

A mother is just trying to get her baby out of the car outside Chick-fil-A when some man walks up, demands her keys, and tries to drive off with the vehicle. She’s screaming. Holding her infant. And most people freeze. Not this Chick-fil-A employee.

🇺🇸 #California father (Greg Medina, 48) is kicked in the head by a thug, and the other delinquent steals his $1,000 iPhone.

“I was listening to the class in earbuds, and normally I don’t do that, but this day I decided to, and felt a sharp kick behind my head. ... I could have lost consciousness, you know, or I could have been hurt a lot worse and drowned.”

Medina says the men ran away laughing, as if “They thought it was funny to do this to me.” The San Bernidino Police Department is investigating and is still searching for the suspects.
