🇬🇧 Dozens of people were arrested during a protest outside the U.S. Embassy in #London on Saturday in support of the proscribed group Palestine Action, police said.

The U.K. government outlawed the direct-action group last year, designating it as a terrorist organization. The ban makes membership in or support for Palestine Action a crime punishable by up to 14 years in prison. The protests came ahead of an appeal at the U.K. Supreme Court against Palestine Action’s designation as a terrorist organization.

🇬🇧 Outrage is erupting in England after a 14-year-old boy, who stabbed a 14-year-old girl at least 10 times with a kitchen knife because she refused to date him, walked free without a prison sentence.

The judge called the attacker a “bright lad” and stated that prison was the “last place” he should be, dismissing his curfew violation by saying 14-year-olds “tend to be a little bit temperamental.” Police described the incident as a “frenzied attack” leaving the victim with cuts to her neck, hands, and face. Despite requests, the Attorney General refused to review the sentence as "unduly lenient" because youth court sentences are exempt from appeal.

🇺🇸 “We’re out of time.” Those may be some of the last words heard from the cockpit of the private jet that plunged into a #Florida neighborhood Sunday.

Audio circulating online appears to capture the pilots of the Learjet 60 talking with air traffic control before the crash in Greenacres, Palm Beach County. The FAA says nine people were on board, flying from Austin, Texas, to the Bahamas. Instead of a vacation, the jet dropped from cruising altitude almost straight down and exploded into a mobile home park just before 1 p.m. Reports say none of the nine survived. Nine families woke up expecting a trip to paradise, and tonight they’re getting the worst call of their lives. The NTSB is now trying to figure out what went so wrong, so fast.

🇺🇸 Multiple people were injured in two separate shootings near MSU on Halloween night. Ring video captured gunfire during one. Students told MDN they were concerned about receiving no MSU alert. Police had not released details as of Sunday morning.
