بالنسبه للحالات الي سببها فايروسي ماكو علاج محدد بس معالجه للاعراض واهم شي هو النظافه يعني تشمر الكلنسه وره ما تمسح عينك و تغسل اديك هواي وزين

بالنسبه للحالات الحساسيه :
العلاجات هي :
1-Mast cell stabilizers (sodium cromoglicate),
2-Sympathomimetic e.g. Naphazoline ,
3-Anti-histamine (Antazoline, levocabastine) , and
4- Decongestant-antihistamine(Naphazoline-Antazoline)

💟Selective beta2 agonists💟

☪Short-acting beta2 agonists (SABAs) .such as:
salbutamol or terbutaline➡️Because of their rapid onset of action, they are considered the first choice for the treatment of acute asthmatic attack and other conditions associated with airways obstruction.

📍Inhaled SABAs are given ‘as required’ and NOT as Regular treatment .

☪Long-acting beta2 agonists.such as:

1⃣ Formoterol
2⃣ salmeterol
they are taken regularly as prophylaxis for chronic asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

⛱⛱Inhaled corticosteroid ⛱⛱

(e.g. Beclomethasone Dipropionate)

🏜An inhaled corticosteroid is used regularly for prophylaxis of asthma.

🏜They are ineffective for acute asthmatic attack.
