خیلی کمتر از اونیه که انتظارش رو داری .
قدم کلیدی برای ساختن آینده ی بهتر ، اینه که به گمان ها ، گلایه ها و بن بست های گذشته اصرار نکنی.
نه آینده و نه ما بی نقص نخواهیم بود . ولی می تونیم مهربون باشیم . گوش بدیم و از «شک کردن» فایده ببریم .
آینده همیشه جواب نمیده . ما همیشه موفق نمی شیم .ولی می تونیم حساس باشیم و بجای پیش گویی آینده به جستجوی چیزایی که امکانش هست بپردازیم .
آینده همیشه منصفانه نیست . ولی ما میتونیم سعی مون رو بکنیم . میتونیم انتخاب کنیم که ارتباط برقرار کنیم .

What is and what might be
They have much less in common than you might expect.
The key step in creating a better future is insisting that it not be based on the assumptions, grievances and dead ends of the past.
The future won't be perfect. We won't be perfect. But we can be kind. We can listen. We can give opportunity the benefit of the doubt.
The future won't always work. We won't always succeed. But we can be alert and seek out the possible instead of the predicted.
The future won't always be fair. But we can try. We can care. We can choose to connect.
It can be better if we let it.

Always the words like "key step" , have a grate shining for me .
I think that the words comming after "key step" and semilar words , are the esance of writer's life .

همه ی ایده هام رو قبلا ارائه کردم

وقتی دوازده سالم بود ، صدتا کتاب کمیک با خودم به اردوی تابستونی بردم که قطعا زیاده روی بود !
وقتی کسی می خواست یکیشو ازم قرض بگیره ، می‌گفتم : « البته ، بفرمایید » .
در عرض یک هفته ، همه اون ها ناپدید شدند و من بقیه ی تابستون رو دست خالی موندم .
فکر نمی کردم همچین اتفاقی بیوفته ، در واقع می گفتم کلاً همچین چیزی غیرممکنه ، اما حالا در اول آوریل ۲۰۱۸ ، بعد از انتشار کلی پست وبلاگی ، ۱۸ تا کتاب و چندین پروژه و کتاب الکترونیک و ویدیو و پادکست ، کاملاً از « ایده » تخلیه شدم ! چه ایده ی بزرگ ، چه کوچیک . همه شون رفتند . مصرف شدند .
چیزی برام باقی نمونده .
همیشه باور داشتم که خلاقیت بازتولید میشه ، یک ایده منجر به تولید دوتا دیگه میشه . باور داشتم احتکار ایده ها ، خودخواهی و حماقته . ارتباطات بیشتر باعث ارزش آفرینی بیشتر و اونم باعث خلاقیت بیشتر میشه . یک سیکل فضیلت برای همه نسل ها .
و حالا من اینجام ، شانزدهمین آوریل از این وبلاگ و بالاخره صفر . خالی .
اثری از هیچ چیزی که رنگ و بوی یک ایده ی جدید یا بینش جامع یا الهام باشه در من باقی نمونده . هیچ حرف تازه ای ندارم که بتونه شما رو فوری برای یک کار مهم تحریک کنه . حتی نمی دونم برای شام چی درست کنم .
هشدار دهنده ست .
ظاهراً بطور کلی ، هر کسی هفت یا هشت هزار ایده به ذهنش میرسه . کاش اینو زودتر می دونستم . شاید اون موقع محتاط تر بودم . احتکار شون می کردم . با دقت ازشون نگهداری می کردم .
مواظب باشید ایده هاتون رو هدر ندید .

I used them all up (a warning to creatives)
When I was 12, I brought 100 comic books with me to summer camp. That's a lot of comic books, an essentially infinite number.
So, if someone wanted to borrow one, I said, "sure."
Within a week, they were all gone. I was comicless for the rest of the summer.
Well, I didn't think it would happen, in fact, I said it would never happen, but now, in April 2018, after so many blog posts, after 18 books, dozens of projects and a bunch of ebooks and videos and podcasts, I'm now completely out of ideas. Big ideas, small ideas, any ideas. All gone. Used up.
I have none left.
I always believed that creativity was generative, that one led to two, that holding back was selfish and foolish. More connection begets more value begets more creation. A virtuous cycle for the ages.
And yet, here I am, sixteen Aprils in a row on this blog so far, and now, finally, zilch. Empty. Nothing even close to a new idea, a generous insight or a whisper of novelty. Nothing to say that might prompt you to do more important work. I don't even know what to make for dinner tonight.
So, be warned.
Apparently, all each of us get is seven or eight thousand ideas. I wish I'd known in advance, perhaps I would have been more circumspect with them. Hoarded them. Watched them more carefully.
There you go. Better be careful not to waste yours.

I am so excited about that !
When someone like "Seth Godin" says I am empty , it means a lot .
He is a person of whisper of novelty for so many Iranian young people.
Being empty from ideas for "seth Godin " , means we have complete plan of his brilliant beliefs about creativity , NOW . We have them freely . Then we can choose creative life based of "seth Godin" training or sad one .
I really count seconds for his tomorrow post . When the prophet of creativity has nothing to say .

... و امروز شانزدهمین سالگرد این وبلاگه . به اندازه آوریل سالهای قبل احمقانه نیست ولی یه چیزی تو همون مایه هاست .
احساس بدی دارم که خیلی از مردم رو با پست های صبحگاهی فریب دادم و ممنونم از کسانی که درباره این نگرانی مطلب نوشتند .اما نه ، این واقعیت نبود می خواستم به نکته ای برسم .
اینکه نمایش دادن و بیان کردن ، یک راه عالی برای پیدا کردن ایده های جدیده و من به این راه ادامه خواهم داد .
راحت تره که نتیجه بگیریم کسانی سخاوتمند هستند یا به اونا الهام میشه ، پس کاری رو انجام میدند . درحالیکه بنظر می رسه مسیر برعکسه ، یعنی انجام یک کار ، از ما یک آدم سخاوتمند می سازه و الهامات رو به سمت مون سرازیر می کنه .

Happy Anniversary
Today's the seventeenth anniversary of the founding of Acumen, a groundbreaking non-profit that's changing the world sees poverty (they've already made a difference to 100,000,000 of the poorest people on Earth.). In addition to a great idea and passionate leadership, the secret is obvious--showing up.
Showing up day after day after day.
Today's the first anniversary of Sam joining our team at the altMBA. Sam's secret: Her consistent contribution, showing up day after day after day.
And today, give or take, is the sixteenth anniversary of this blog. Not quite on April Fool's Day a bunch of years ago, but close enough. I feel badly that so many people were fooled by this morning's post, and I'm grateful to those that wrote in with concern. But no, I was making a point, not telling the truth. It turns out that showing up is a great way to find new ideas, and I have no plans on stopping.
It's easy to come to the conclusion that someone's generous or inspired and so they do the work. But it's more likely that doing the work makes you generous or inspired.
Go make your ruckus. See you tomorrow.

We can not blame ouerselves for have no evidences of inspiration .
Someone "DO A WORK " optimistically , like "Steve Jobs" and do not care others opinnion .
Even someone, "DO A WORK " with savage spirit , like "Hitler' and do not care others opinnion .
Someone else "DO A WORK " about his/her personal development and show up it to others with out fear or shame .
Successful Writers , generaly write continusely and draine their brain on papers .They "DO A WORK " and do not expect to inspired , but they do writing and insist on it , so inspirations come themselves .
All of these people are generous or inspiring for everybody and for themselves becouse they "DO A WORK" and have belive in it .
