Ich positionierte mich ja schon(auch wenn es vermutlich nicht jedem gefallen wird), dass ich es für mehr als gewagt halte, aufgrund eines positiven Signals ohne klare orthogonale (das heißt die Struktur tatsächlich bestätigende) Abklärung ein "one size fits on all"-Protokoll entwickeln zu wollen. (p.s.: RT-QuiC setzt faktisch auf das ThT-Signal). Meine Referenzlist zur Limiation lässt sich also nicht wegdiskutieren:
