How does support work on 90% of exchanges? Like in this joke:
Support: “Hello. How can I help you?"
User: “My stop order trade was triggered without a TP, and then the candle chart disappeared. How can I get my money back? And withdrawal doesn’t work at all... Is it possible to figure out the problem? ”
Support: “Yes, it is. Good luck with it."
Registration is confusing, the interface is all Greek for you, analysis tools (if any) are way off beam, candlesticks randomly disappear, interface crashes during withdrawal - forget this nonsense!
