At some point of time in our career most of us are made to feel small and perhaps non existent in our job. Many of those companies are spending a huge chunk of their revenue on digital marketing. They should realize that they are not using their employees in the best possible way. Make them happy and they will recommend as well as advocate your brand and talk about your company everywhere.
