UN experts: The key elements of the US plan regarding Gaza do not largely align with the fundamental rules of international law.
Imposing an immediate peace at any cost, regardless of law and justice or against them brazenly, is a recipe for more injustice and violence.
"Israel" has declared that it "will resist by force" the establishment of a Palestinian state, which is in blatant contradiction with the International Court of Justice ruling.
Disarmament of Gaza has no expiration date, and if it is permanent, it may make it vulnerable to “Israeli” aggression.

🔴 Naqab Prison: Where Sumud Flotilla Activists Held, One of the Most Abusive Prisons
Palestinian Prisoner’s Society
October 3, 2025
Ramallah, occupied Palestine - The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) stated that the Naqab (Negev) Prison, where the Israeli occupation authorities are detaining the Sumud Flotilla activists is one of the most prominent prisons where hundreds of crimes and violations against Palestinian political prisoners have been documented.
The PPS explained that the Naqab Prison holds thousands of Palestinian prisoners, including detainees from Gaza, noting that a number of prisoners have been killed there since the start of the genocide, among them prisoner Thaer Abu Asab, who was martyred as a result of severe beatings and torture by special repression units.
The PPS said that the message recently published again by the fascist minister Itamar Ben Gvir is not the first of its kind—whether from inside Naqab Prison or other prisons. He has previously appeared in similar videos describing Palestinian prisoners in the most despicable terms, threatening them with death, and showcasing acts of abuse and humiliation. What happened today to the solidarity activists is a continuation of this same policy.
The PPS also condemned the assault carried out by the occupation authorities against the Sumud Flotilla activists and the continued detention of these activists in one of the worst Israeli prisons, in addition to the attack launched by the fascist minister Ben Gvir, who labeled them “terrorists.”
The PPS affirmed that the crimes and atrocities committed by the Israeli prison system have surpassed all international legal and human rights norms, as Israeli occupation prisons and camps have turned into arenas of extermination in various forms due to the systematic crimes committed over the past two years.
It is worth noting that the Naqab Prison, historically known as “Ansar 3 Detention Center” was established by the occupation in 1988 following the outbreak of the First Intifada. Thousands of prisoners were held there as confrontations escalated during that period, and many were martyred inside the facility.
The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society salutes the Sumud Flotilla solidarity activists, who carried their humanitarian message at a time when the international community continues its systematic failure in the face of the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people.

GAZA STRIP (Quds) — New scenes from the occupation’s continued aggression
Gaza Civil Defense Director Mahmoud Basal: Nearly half a million people are currently in Gaza City, deprived of the most basic necessities of life, without food, water, or medicine.
We affirm that the continuation of this humanitarian disaster constitutes an international crime and calls for urgent action by the international community and human rights organizations to stop the bloodshed and protect civilians from daily acts of murder and genocide.

ADALAH UPDATE ON KIDNAPPED AND DETAINED GSF PARTICIPANTS
October 3, 2025
Over the past 24 hours, Adalah attorneys met with 331 participants of the Global Sumud Flotilla at Ashdod Port, where they are facing hearings before Israeli immigration authorities. Several participants were processed without Adalah’s legal consultation, as our lawyers were initially denied access to them. This process followed the flotilla’s forcible towing after unlawful interceptions in international waters, where dozens of ships were stopped on their mission to break the unlawful siege of Gaza amidst ongoing genocide, mass atrocities, and famine.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported two new deaths in the past 24 hours due to famine and malnutrition. One is a child martyr. This raises the total number of deaths from malnutrition in the Strip to 457, including 152 children.
Hamas:
Regarding the Hamas Movement's Response to the Proposal of U.S. President Trump
Out of keenness to stop the aggression and the war of extermination to which our steadfast people in the Gaza Strip are being subjected, and based on national responsibility, and out of concern for the constants, rights, and supreme interests of our people, the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" conducted in-depth consultations within its leadership institutions, wide-ranging consultations with Palestinian factions and forces, and consultations with brother mediators and friends, to reach a responsible position in dealing with the plan of American President Donald Trump.
After extensive study, the Movement has made its decision and submitted its following response to the brother mediators:
The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas appreciates the Arab, Islamic, and international efforts, and the efforts of U.S. President Donald Trump, calling for an immediate halt to the war on the Gaza Strip, the exchange of prisoners, the immediate entry of aid, the rejection of the occupation of the Strip, and the rejection of the displacement of our Palestinian people from it.
In this context, and in a manner that achieves a cessation of the war and a complete withdrawal from the Strip, the Movement announces its approval to release all "israeli" captives, living and deceased, according to the exchange formula mentioned in President Trump's proposal, provided that the field conditions for the exchange process are secured. In this regard, the Movement affirms its readiness to immediately enter into negotiations through the mediators to discuss the details thereof.
The Movement also renews its approval to hand over the administration of the Gaza Strip to a Palestinian body of independents (technocrats) based on Palestinian national consensus and based on Arab and Islamic support.
As for the other issues mentioned in President Trump's proposal concerning the future of the Gaza Strip and the authentic rights of the Palestinian people, this is linked to a comprehensive national position and based on relevant international laws and resolutions, and it will be discussed through a comprehensive Palestinian national framework of which Hamas will be a part and to which it will contribute with full responsibility.
Al-Mayadeen analyst on Palestinian resistance affairs, Hani Al-Dali:
The movement confirmed its rejection of the clause concerning the disarmament of the resistance.
The presence of an external military force in Gaza and the disarmament of the resistance is rejected by Hamas.

Trump:
Based on the Statement just issued by Hamas, I believe they are ready for a lasting PEACE. Israel must immediately stop the bombing of Gaza, so that we can get the Hostages out safely and quickly! Right now, it’s far too dangerous to do that. We are already in discussions on details to be worked out. This is not about Gaza alone, this is about long sought PEACE in the Middle East.
GAZA STRIP (RNN) — Following Hamas' announcement of their position on the ceasefire proposal, the IOF is hysterically bombing northern Gaza.
Intense aerial bombardment and shelling continues across Gaza City. More than ten airstrikes targeted Al-Sabra neighborhood, causing fires. They also detonated three armored vehicles. Two airstrikes hit near the Al-Nour Center for the Blind. Shelling, gunfire from occupation vehicles, and aircraft continue along the northern, eastern, and southern axes of the city. Large numbers of displaced residents were observed in the streets without shelter.

Hamas leader Osama Hamdan to Al-Araby:
We are ready to enter into direct negotiations immediately to arrange the prisoner exchange and the on-the-ground conditions for it.
This matter [prisoner exchange] requires entering into direct negotiations for its arrangements... we believe that upon entering into the details, there will be a need for more time than [72 hours].
We do not accept that the affairs of Gaza, as a part of Palestine, be managed by any non-Palestinian party.
The entry of foreign forces or a foreign administration into the Gaza Strip is an issue that is not acceptable to Palestinians.
We renew our approval for the administration of the Gaza Strip to be handed over to a Palestinian body of technocrats.
Future issues related to the Palestinian state must be answered within a broad national framework... Hamas does not monopolize the right to answer them alone.
We do not accept any party other than Palestinians managing Gaza’s affairs.
There is an on-the-ground reality concerning living captives and bodies that must be taken into account.
We do not accept a foreign administration of the Gaza Strip, and an independent national body must be formed for this task. There is a Palestinian national agreement for Gaza to be administered by a Palestinian body.
There is a Palestinian national agreement that a national Palestinian body, linked to the Palestinian Authority, will manage the Gaza Strip.
Attempts to exclude Hamas from the Palestinian political process will not succeed.
We expect a positive response from Trump that matches Hamas’s positive response.
If seriousness and positivity from the parties involved, in response to Hamas' position, a ceasefire can be announced tomorrow, even tonight.
