▪️ He ran a stop sign in front of Ian Harvey, 25, who was on a motorcycle. Harvey died instantly.
▪️ He got pretrial release, then skipped his arraignment.
▪️ Weeks later, Elisha Gilbert, 20, was shot dead and another person was wounded.
▪️ Kennedy is charged with 2 counts of 1st degree murder.
▪️ Sept. 29: He got a plea deal on the DUI. 12 years.
▪️ Harvey's family: "Cedric didn't just steal a car; he stole a life."
▪️ His murder trial is set for Nov. 2.
