73-year-old Bibi Harjit Kaur — in the U.S. illegally since the early ‘90s — was finally deported after ignoring a rejected asylum claim for over a decade.

She’d been living here for nearly 30 years, breaking immigration law the entire time, and was recently detained during a routine ICE check-in. She was flown out with 131 other illegal immigrants from Georgia to Armenia and then to Delhi.

Now, the media is crying foul because she’s elderly — but the truth is simple: laws mean nothing if they’re not enforced.
