Three individuals were arrested following felony probation checks that led to the recovery of three illegally possessed firearms and narcotics.
On July 28, 2026, #teamHCSO detectives and the Florida Department of Corrections conducted checks on two subjects in the Citrus Park area. During the check, one probationer was found to have a firearm. The second probationer was found to be in possession of narcotics, and a third individual, who was not on probation but is a convicted felon, was found to be in possession two guns and a controlled substance.
Brian Franklin Jr., 24, Brentlin Franklin, 18, and Markel Auman, 20, were all arrested and charged.
