I talk about fascism because that is the historical reference of totalitarianism that I know very well as it's part of my own and my family's history. If I was Spanish I would also talk of fascism. It is simple, there is the Magna Carta in the UK, the Constitution in USA and most of other countries have similar mechanism to protect the people from an abuse of power from the government. If any act from the government goes against these documents that are tne base of our society, then it is wrong and it is a breach of the social contract between the citizens and the people elected to serve them. In such case the people have two simple choices, accept the new situation also if it is a dictatorship, or hold the politicians accountable and stop them. Forces like the police, are elected to serve the people and that is what they have accepted to do, therefore obeying to a an illegal government makes them also illegal. They can chose to go this way but it does not make it legal just because they choose it.
The people have two way to go, take the government to court and/or mass disobedience, a government without its citizens is an illegitim government and have no reason to exist.

If there is something to be learnt about human nature via the behaviour of Boris Johnson, Keir Starmer, Patrick Vallance & Sadiq Khan at Wembley & Wimbledon is that it's always other people's freedoms which are there for the stripping, never one's own..

I’m putting this out, not because I’m standing behind it as authentic, but because I’m interested to learn whether or not it is.

It is quite clear to me that, whatever the truth is about the origins of the virus or whether or not it actually exists in the precise form that we’re told, certain things have happened & continue to happen. 

Very closely together in time, scores of countries simultaneously discarded their pandemic preparedness plans & instead adopted what I’ve dubbed the “Eight covid19 lies”.

What almost every government told their people was an absurd set of statements, most of them easily disproven by reference to published literature & often simply by thinking.

These statements were & remain untrue, every last one of them. When politicians make technical statements, it’s not reasonable to expect them to know whether it’s right or not. But when the advisory team guiding policy responses is invoked, as they usually are, untrue statements by those with good levels of knowledge & experience has no better description than lies. These are not ‘slip-ups’, ‘well-intentioned mistakes’, ‘erring on the side of caution’ or similar. They’re deliberately misleading.

In all countries for which I have information, the communications were done with the guidance of people who’s professional jobs are psychological manipulators, sometimes called ‘PsyOps’, and used fear over anything else.

Once you examine these statements, you have all the evidence needed to show to a receptive, open minded person that indeed we are all facing a heavily manipulated situation.

While I recognise there’s a constant flow of important new information, such as the time ordering of patents, people apparently becoming magnetised after vaccination, the concept of ‘shedding’, graphene oxide in the vaccines etc. I’m more than happy to benefit from others diligence on all these emerging items, and not to invest time I don’t have myself.

I’m not convinced that many of the usual institutions are operative, and so I’m not aiming to influence them (in U.K. for example, Parliament). 

I may be wrong to do so, but I’m now aiming solely at the general public. I have given & will continue to give interviews on the theme of the “Eight covid19 lies”. 

I put it to you all that while interesting, it’s not necessary for the purpose of trying to wake up the public to know & tell them about anything more that proves beyond doubt that there’s massive scale fraud & deception going on. 

There is no possible benign interpretation of the fact that we’re all being lied to, for between 15-18months. None whatsoever. All that has been accomplished is destruction of the economies of many G20 countries, wrecking of civil societies, substantial, avoidable loss of life (often through deprivation of healthcare) and a pervading sense of fear, everywhere.

Additionally, large & growing fractions of populations have been injected with new technology, experimental gene based vaccines, which have been associated with rates of death shortly afterwards of 1-2 orders of magnitude greater than any previous public health prophylactic vaccine. Everywhere they are steamrollering appropriate objections to vaccination in people who cannot benefit from this intervention, yet certainly can be harmed or even killed by them.

We hear of the imminent arrival of ‘vaccine passports’, which don’t enhance public safety yet grant to the state totalitarian tyranny over them.

There is no other interpretation that fits all the major facts & leaves out nothing major, than that the goal is control through what will be the worlds first digital identity database.

What will be done with that power, we cannot be sure. My views or rather reasoned deductions are well known & I continue to stand by them. 

There being immunologically no need or justification for 3rd & subsequent vaccines (booster, top-up, variant) the fact that they’re imminently to be administered UNNECESSARILY to people en masse should send alarm bells ringing loudly.

Biotechnology has awesome power but it can very easily be misused. I am of the view that 3rd & subsequent vaccines may be used to initiate depopulation. The first generation vaccines I don’t think were deliberately made to be dangerous so they’re no guide at all to what might be next.

Bottom line, my intentions are best served by me continuing to give as many interviews as I can, alone or in groups, to those with the largest audiences.

This note is in no way intended to be critical. It’s just great that people are stepping forward. But I do believe in this world war, there are no Allies. No one is coming to save us. Time is marching on.

I wish us all the most persuasive skills on your efforts to persuade the persuadable. Many aren’t. Keep trying.

We are too divided and need to unite strategically behind 3 simple ultimatums before civil disobedience starts.

My ultimatums to the government would be:

1. The people demand legislation to stop any form of vaccine passport, a cashless society and a social credit system

2. The people demand the PCR tests are stopped on asymptomatic cases

3. The government put future lockdowns and legislation which takes our freedoms to the country via a referendum.

If the government deny this, the people will bring civil disobedience along the following lines:

1. TV license cancelled
2. Council tax payments withheld
3. Income tax payments withheld

I believe this is the only way to create change.

Everyone should be ashamed to think this is ok and to accept it happening while paedophiles get suspended sentences and looked after R.I.P IRELAND.

A BANDON grandmother has been sentenced to 90 days in prison after she was convicted today for refusing to wear a face mask at a Bandon supermarket on two separate occasions.

Margaret Buttimer of the Cottage, St Fintan’s Road, Bandon contested the two charges at Bandon District Court this morning  arising out of incidents that occurred at SuperValu on both June 25th last and July 1st.

I salute appeal court judge Florbela Sebastião e Silva!!
She sends a blast of rationality & also tells the people that, just because Govt has passed some arbitrary regulation does not necessarily mean it has acted lawfully.
In this case, my take is that vaccine passports are illegal in Portugal, being counter to their Constitution.

Note also that vaccine passports are illegal under more than one international law or Code, not least, Nuremberg.

There’s no question that the very existence of vaccine passports breaches Nuremberg, because in order to access your existing life, you’re forced to be subjected to medical experimentation. In this setting, even your FULLY INFORMED CONSENT would not normalise the situation. Your consent is inoperable if coerced.

Mandatory experimental medical interventions are always an illegal abomination. Some people will become disabled & others be killed as a result of such a policy.

Lisbon appeal court Judge blasts off over Portugal’s “Sanitary Apartheid”

Hundreds of people are sharing a Facebook post written by Lisbon Appeal Court judge Florbela Sebastião e Silva in reaction to the decisions now emanating from the government.

Judge Florbela’s words show that the anger growing in Portugal is not exclusive to the working classes (meaning here the people trying to work, not low-income citizens): it is spreading through every corner of society.

This is her message, coming as citizens everywhere start to query the sense in doing as they are being ordered:

“ I am aware that most people do not have authoritative legal knowledge and, if they have any, it is always general knowledge that is the result of the learning that every citizen should have access to and just enough to exercise their most basic rights.

“What upsets me as the judge that I have been for more than 25 years, including exercising duties in a Superior Court, is to see legal instruments presented, without support in the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic, that are creating an authentic apartheid within Portuguese society.

“How is it possible that Portugal, having been the second country in the world to abolish slavery, and even one of the first countries to sign international treaties for the defense of human rights, is now a country that discriminates its inhabitants on the basis of a health passport and on the assumption that people are all sick and as such have to undergo tests – in this case PCR tests whose reliability, as we know, is null and even highly misleading – in order to simply be able to have lunch in a restaurant?

“The Constitution of the Portuguese Republic (CRP) has not been suspended, nor can its rules be altered, delimited or reduced by a mere Resolution of the Council of Ministers.

“The Constitution of the Portuguese Republic can only be amended by the Assembly of the Republic after 5 years following its last revision or, in case of absolute necessity, extraordinarily, but provided that a majority of 4/5 of the Members of Parliament in effective exercise of their duties is obtained – according to article 284 of the CRP.

“As I have explained before, there is no legal basis for a “State of Calamity” or a “State of Alert” enshrined in the Law.

“Thus, pursuant to the provisions of article 44, paragraph 1 of the CRP: “All citizens are guaranteed the right to move and settle freely in any part of national territory.”

“This rule of free movement of people – also enshrined in European Union legislation – cannot be suspended, revoked or suppressed by a mere Resolution of the Council of Ministers outside of any State of Emergency or State of Siege, and even in these cases , conditioning has to prove to be justified and must always be for a very limited period of time.
