notepad++ 最新版本v7.9.2 竟然不支持简体中文？
由于notepad++作者非常抵触中国ZF，曾多次公开支持香港，新疆等问题。最开始很多人认为这次是故意为之，以为是不支持简体中文了。
其实这次BUG原因是提交的语言包xml文件一个没有闭合的标签导致的。
