👤Backend - Java Developer, remotely, full-time, Iris Media, Minsk

What you will do:
🔸Design, build, test, scale and operate our highly available services handling billions of events and TBs of data per day
🔸Improve current service architecture and quality
🔸Work in an agile environment and contribute your ideas to continuously improve our products, processes, and tools

Requirements:
🔸4+ years of experience developing highly scalable web services in Java, Scala or Kotlin
🔸Experience with Kafka and event sourcing architecture
🔸Experience in working with Cassandra, ScyllaDB or Aerospike
🔸Being independent and product-focused, owning the whole development process

Nice to have:
🔸Experience with big data stores and engines like Druid or Clickhouse or Presto
🔸Ad-tech or HFT background
🔸Dev-ops experience especially using Salt, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, cassandra, Hadoop, HDFS, Java
